Package Upgrades:

If you would like to extend your stay, be sure to include the appropriate check-in and check-out dates on your rooming list.  If you want, you may upgrade the Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket that is included in your package. This can be noted in the “ADD ON” step of the registration process. Extending your stay does not automatically extend the number of days on your park hopper pass.   Any extra tickets for family members must be purchased through the “Discounted Park Tickets” link on the main registration page.

Upgrade Pricing:

• 2-Day to 3-Day: $44
• 2-Day to 4-Day: $154
• 2-Day to 5-Day: $204
• 3-Day to 4-Day: $110
• 3-Day to 5-Day: $160
• 4-Day to 5-Day: $50

Walt Disney World requires “Park Reservations” made in advance to attend the theme parks.  We strongly recommend that all friends and family (spectators) register on a separate invoice from the team.

• Anyone included on your invoice will be part of your ticket order. Ticket orders will be placed when your invoice is paid in full.
• Once the order is placed, you should receive a ticket confirmation number within 48 hours for each person depending on their package or upgrade.
• Information on how to obtain your park reservations will be sent with your ticket confirmation email.

No Changes after ticket orders have been placed and ticket order numbers have been distributed.  Any upgrades must be requested before paying your invoice in full. Each person is assigned a ticket number, please make sure they are distributed accordingly.

Please note that parks may reach capacity so be sure to get your payment in early!

From Orlando International Airport to Hotel:

• Adult (Ages 10 & up) = $16.00 – 10% discount = $14.40 + $1.60 PFRC (Airport Fee) = $16.00
• Child (Ages 3 – 9) = $13.00 – 10% discount = $11.70 + $1.30 PFRC (Airport Fee) = $13.00

From Hotel to Orlando International Airport:

• Adult From Hotel to OIA = $16.00 – 10% discount = $14.40
• Child (Ages 3 – 9) From Hotel to OIA = $13.00 – 10% discount = $11.70

Round-Trip (w/ 10% discount)

• Adult = $32.00 – 10% discount = $28.80 + $1.60 PFRC (Airport fee; only applies to arrival segment) = $30.40
• Child (Ages 3 – 9) = $26.00 – 10% discount = $23.40 + $1.30 PFRC (Airport fee; only applies to arrival segment) = $24.70
