How do I get a print catalog?

You can request a catalog be shipped to your home or school here.

I won't be able to make the fitting. How do I take my measurements?

I’ve placed my order... now what?

You will receive an email with your anticipated shipping date within two weeks of placing your order. Please note: This is the date we anticipate your item(s) to leave our facility. Delivery time will vary.

Review your anticipated ship dates, allow a few days for delivery and make sure you have ample time before your need by date.

Stockable items will ship right away. Custom items will ship as soon as they are completed.

Be sure to track your order, and if you have an item that does not ship within a week after the anticipated date, contact your Rep immediately.

Open all packages as soon as you receive them. Check all sizes and quantities with your sizing spreadsheet. Contact your Rep immediately with any discrepancies.

Do not write names directly on any of the items or packaging in case a stockable exchange needs to be made. How do I track my order?

Once an order is entered into our system, you can access its status and the tracking number by visiting the Order Tracker.

How do I return or exchange merchandise?

Due to the nature of our made-to-order garments, custom and lettered merchandise is not returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect.

If you are returning an item due to a defect/error, please call or e-mail your Rep immediately to process the return. Please provide your Rep with the item, size and a picture of the issue if applicable.

If you need to return or exchange a stockable item, please follow the instructions below:

1. Package the item(s) to be returned. Shoes must be unlaced and clean (inside and out) with no writing on the box. Undergarments must be unopened with no writing on the packaging.

2. Fill out the Return Form that came with your items, and place it in the box. Be sure to include your Order Number and Customer Number.

3. Use the red pre-printed shipping label included in the box, or address the box to:

4. Drop your package off at your closest FedEx location. Save your tracking information and send a copy to your Rep.

How long does it take an order to ship?

See below for our delivery timeframes for in stock and custom orders. When planning a new order, please notify your Rep of any need-by dates. Your Rep will work with you to establish a timeline to design your garments, size your athletes, and receive payment to ensure the best possible delivery schedule. The timeframes below do not begin until an order has been placed with a valid method of payment. Please allow 3-4 business days for order entry.

  • For in stock merchandise, please allow 2-4 weeks after the order has been placed for your items to ship.
  • For custom items, please allow 4-6 weeks after the order has been placed for your order to arrive.

Please plan ahead if your need-by date falls earlier than the alloted timeframe and contact your Rep with any questions.
