Package Upgrades:

If you would like to extend your stay, be sure to include the appropriate check-in and check-out dates on your rooming list.  If you want, you may upgrade the Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket that is included in your package. This can be noted in the “ADD ON” step of the registration process. Extending your stay does not automatically extend the number of days on your park hopper pass. You may also add extra park tickets for family members on this step, or they can purchase by selecting the link on the “Discounted Park Tickets” tab.

Upgrade Pricing:

  • 2-Day to 3-Day: $80
  • 2-Day to 4-Day: $178
  • 3-Day to 4-Day: $98
  • 3-Day to 5-Day: $174

Discounted Park Tickets and Event Extras

Additional theme park tickets are available for purchase through April 29, 2026. They will not be sold on-site at the event. CLICK HERE to purchase additional theme park tickets. 

We are excited to offer discounted Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets! These are available for family or friends not purchasing one of the hotel travel packages. This theme park ticket includes access to all 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks in addition to 5 days of admission to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

  • 2 Day: $495 ($605 value)
  • 3 Day: $575 ($768 value)
  • 4 Day: $673 ($922 value)
  • 5 Day: $749 ($993 value)

Event Extras:

  • Celebration Party: $60 per person
  • Meal Vouchers: $20 per meal voucher

Please Note: 

  • Tickets must be paid in full with initial order.
  • Once tickets orders are submitted, tickets will be ordered through Disney.
  • Ticket confirmation numbers will be emailed to you usually within 3 days from purchase.
  • Any upgrades after ticket confirmations have been sent will result in a $25 change fee per ticket.
  • Tickets are valid April 28, 2026 – May 7, 2026, only.
  • There are no refunds for unused days of park tickets.Each person should have a ticket assigned to their name; it is important that each person receives their assigned ticket confirmation.

Walt Disney World® Ticket Information

Walt Disney World requires “Park Reservations” made in advance to attend the theme parks.  We strongly recommend that all friends and family (spectators) register on a separate invoice from the team.

  • Anyone included on your invoice will be part of your “ticket order”. Ticket orders will be placed when your invoice is paid in full.
  • Once the order is placed, you will receive a ticket confirmation number for each person depending on their package or upgrade.  You should receive your ticket confirmation within 3 business days of paying your invoice in full.
  • Information on how to obtain your park reservations will be sent with your ticket confirmation email.

If changes are made to number of ticket days after ticket confirmations have been distributed, a $25 fee per ticket will be charged.  Each person should have a ticket assigned to their name; it is important that each person receives their assigned ticket confirmation.
