The latest innovation in fashion technology is elevating the Varsity experience for both you and your athletes. Fitting Pass accelerates the fitting process, keeping your sizes secure and your fitting seamless. Fitting Pass allows your Varsity Rep to spend more one-on-one time with you and your athletes for the personal, professional fitting experience you have come to love.

The Varsity Difference

With Fitting Pass, your fittings will run smoother than ever. Athletes can enter their profile information, select required and optional fashion, and input measurements and sizes all within Fitting Pass. In the Coach’s View, coaches can monitor the fitting, approving or editing the athlete’s sizes in real-time using. Your team will love the mobile capabilities and efficiency of our streamlined Varsity Fittings.

Your Fitting Checklist

Remind athletes to bring their charged mobile device and wear a sports bra and briefs or other tight-fitting undergarments for changing.
Choose a large fitting location that has strong WiFi and cell signal.
Your Rep will provide a unique QR code so your athletes can access Fitting Pass.
Each athlete will complete their profile and select their sizes for required and optional fashion.
Coaches will review the Fitting Summary with their Rep before leaving to make necessary changes or edits.

YOUR CONSULTANT:
I am your full-time partner for just about every project you have from camp selection to tryouts to uniform decisions. I’ll guide you through the ordering process, design your apparel and personally size your athletes.
YOUR GAMEDAY ASSISTANT:
Between run-through banners, cheer signs, mascot suits and paint kits, I have all you need for a crowd-effective Game Day.
YOUR STYLIST:
Set up a Varsity Design Studio session with me to see your uniforms and accessories come to life. I will ensure your colors and brand are consistent throughout all your fashion pieces so that you can mix-and-match for more looks all year.
YOUR BUSINESS PARTNER:
I can help you set up a successful fundraiser to offset out-of-pocket expenses. Ask me about Team Shops to outfit your fans and help raise money while you raise the spirit! I also offer multiple payment options.
YOUR TRAINER:
I have unlimited access to the top cheer and dance resources available from the best instructors in the nation to the most valuable training tools you’ll need as a coach to ensure the safety of your athletes.
