We are still hyped from CHEERSPORT Nationals this past weekend, and we can't get enough all star cheer as we head into NCA Week. As we get set for the second leg of the Varsity All Star Triple Crown, we can’t help but wonder which Medium All Girl and Coed team will take the title at NCA All-Star Nationals 2019.

The Medium Divisions will be tight, as every team is neck and neck in terms of talent and skills. To make this upcoming weekend even better, you can watch every team LIVE on Varsity TV!

In 2018, East Celebrity Elite M5 Bombshells took the L5 Medium Senior title with strong elite stunts and a high energy Day 2 performance.

FAME All Stars Super Seniors earned a second place finish followed by the reigning Medium Senior World Champions, Top Gun Lady Jags in third.

One thing that's guaranteed every year in this division is you never know which team will hit their routine the hardest on Day 2. The Stingray Allstars Peach, Woodlands Elite G.I. Janes and the newly crowned CHEERSPORT Champions, Spirit of Texas A-Team will also be competing for the title this weekend in Dallas.

Does the northeast team have what it takes to hold onto their title in 2018, or will one of the other talented competitors take the top spot?

Tune in to Varsity TV at starting at 3:57 PM CT to watch the entire division compete LIVE on Day 1.

In 2018, Spirit of Texas Royalty earned their 10th NCA All-Star National Championship with an incredible hit-zero routine on Day 2. Royalty showcased strong team confidence as they executed a flawless routine in their home state of Texas.

Will Royalty add yet another championship trophy to their collection or will one of the other Medium Senior Coed teams take home a set of black championship jackets?

NEW TEAM ALERT:

Cheer Extreme Coed Elite has moved into the Medium division from L5 Large Senior Coed and is ready to make their NCA debut as a Medium sized team. Be on the lookout for their solid skills and clean choreography as they take the mat in the Arena.
