All the action takes place May 4-5, so be sure to tune in to watch the top all star cheer and dance teams in the nation battle it out on the beach in the hopes of being crowned The U.S. Finals champions.

Teams will open the competition bright and early on Saturday morning taking the mat in two performance venues, Hall B and Hall C, starting at 9 AM ET.
