The 21 teams from The Vision Dance Center had their sights set on success heading into the championship, and they achieved that and so much more. Not only were their routines well-received by the judges, but made an impression worthy of 11 national titles.

No, that’s not a misprint, 11 teams took home satin jackets and titles. Proud studio owner and coach, Lee Mitchell, was blown away by the product her dancers put out on the stage.

It’s a really big deal. We’ve been coming for eight years and it’s the highlight of the season…You pray and dream that your teams will do this well; we wish for it and we work for it.

The Vision Dance Center celebrates another win at UDA Nationals.

All of the teams performed well today, but Vision’s Junior Large Lyrical team performed their Roses dance, and it knocked it out of the park.

The girls have been working hard all season, but we hadn’t had that perfect day…but today it really turned into something magic — just perfect.

The studio has already earned six Worlds Bids and are looking to earn a few more down the road this season. No doubt, we’ll be seeing Vision on stage again in the near future.

Congratulations to Vision’s 2017 UDA National Champions:
