During the championship, teams performed their traditional school's fight song, a situational sideline and a game day timeout routine. The athletes used signs, flags, megaphones and poms to encourage the crowd to cheer along. A few mascots even joined the teams on stage to help get the crowd pumped up for game day!

The first-ever game day champions to be crowned were the all girl cheerleaders from the University of Mississippi. But what made this win even more special, this was only Ole Miss all girl’s second year to ever compete at college nationals!

In Division lA Coed, the University of Cincinnati took the top spot! This win marked the Bearcats first-ever national championship title. The squad exuded school spirit as they performed their fan-favorite school fight song.
