On the go and need a power breakfast or snack? Make a smoothie! You can take it in the car and sip it from your favorite to-go cup—the ultimate convenience. So get out that blender, throw in your favorite ingredients, and power through your day!

Super Power Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes or less

Feel free to use ingredients of your choice to mix it up

What you need:

  • Baby spinach (or kale if you prefer)
  • Greek yogurt – honey or vanilla for extra flavor 
  • Fruit of your choice chopped in chunks—peaches, pineapple or mango are good options.
  • Coconut water
  • Chia seeds
  • Honey
  • Blender
  • Ice

Directions:

  • Add a handful of spinach to blender
  • 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt
  • Drop 1-2 cups of fruit chunks into the mix (your choice)
  • Pour in coconut water until it nearly covers all ingredients
  • Blend on high until fully mixed
  • Add a few ice cubes to chill then blend again
  • Squeeze several drops of honey into the smoothie while blending
  • Pour into your glass and sprinkle chia seeds on top
