The 2022 UCA & UDA College Cheerleading and Dance Team National Championship is right around the corner! The most prestigious cheer and dance championship in the country is set to take place January 14-16 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida.

What better way to prepare for the exciting weekend of competition than to look back at some of the glorious routines that ended in triumph in 2021.

Temple University

All Girl Division IA Game Day

TU made some noise scoring a 98.2834 to bring home their first title in program history. The Owls' executed a high-energy routine from start to finish to secure their win in All Girl Division IA Game Day.

University of Kentucky

Virtual Division IA Game Day

The University of Kentucky Cheer Team found themselves on top once again, but this year in Game Day! Their excellent display of what game day is all about back home in the Bluegrass State earned them a 96.8. Kentucky Cheer has now won an impressive 25 UCA National Championship titles!

Ohio State University

Division IA Pom

This action-packed routine swept the competition earning the highest score in Division IA Pom, a 96.4167! The Ohio State University Dance Team double titled in 2021 earning the championship title in Division IA Jazz as well. The Buckeyes now hold six UDA National Championship titles.

Utah Valley University

Division I Jazz

Utah Valley University brought their spirit and pride to Orlando to top Division I Jazz! In 2021, they earned first in Division I Pom, making the Wolverines nine-time UDA National Champions.

University of Tennessee

Dance Division IA Game Day

The University of Tennessee took the top score in the Game Day Dance division with a 94.65. Winning is a tradition to the Volunteers who secured their seventh UDA College National title!

Hofstra University

Virtual Division I Pom

This routine scored a 94.1375 to secure Hofstra University their ninth UDA Championship title!

Eastern Kentucky University

Virtual All Girl Division I

2021 was a big year for the teams from Eastern Kentucky University. The EKU All Girl squad won the Virtual All Girl Division I title scoring a 93.25. Their Coed team also made history taking the top spot for the first time ever in Virtual Small Coed Division I.

University of West Georgia

All Girl Division I

The incredible display of talent and perseverance through each skill secured the Wolves first place in All Girl Division I, one of the most competitive divisions at UCA College Nationals. These Wolves were hungry and together they feasted because the Coed team took home first place in Division I!

Lindenwood University

Open Jazz

Lindenwood University secured their first of two wins at the 2021 UCA & UDA College Cheerleading and Dance Team National Championship scoring an impressive 91.667 in Open Jazz. The Lions double titled in 2021 as they also brought home gold in the Open Hip Hop Division!

University of South Florida

Cheer Division IA

Division IA is always one of the most anticipated divisions of the championship and the Bulls took home first with an event score of 90! South Florida was tied for first with the University of Kentucky after Semi-Finals but claimed the championship title after executing one of the strongest Finals routines of the weekend.

Northwest Community College

Open Small Coed

Back at the UCA College National Championship for the first time in 20 years, Northwest Community College scored an 82.95 to top the Open Small Coed division! NWCC's championship success didn't stop there, the talented team also claimed the championship title in the Open Coed Game Day division!
