NCA Camp: From the Inside Out

We are on a mission at NCA Camp to make transformations from the inside out. How, you ask? We’re here to help identify tangible ways to be a leader. Are you dedicated? Organized? Passionate? What qualities do you possess on the inside that make you unique to your team?

Here is a list of “intent” words that encompass the drive behind athletes, people and leaders to contribute to the betterment of their surroundings. Over the summer, we’ll be defining this list and providing concrete ways to act on being a more intentional team player.
