Xeneiza Crespo – CheerForce Simi Valley

Xeneiza “Zenny” Crespo embodies the true spirit of The Climb. Since joining our Cheer Abilities Program in 2021, Zenny has pursued her dream of becoming an Elite athlete with unwavering determination, courage, and heart. Through every challenge, setback, and milestone, she has continued to show up, work hard, and inspire everyone around her with her resilience and positive spirit.

In 2025, after years of perseverance, Zenny achieved her goal of earning a place on our Junior 1 Flex Elite team. Her journey is a powerful reminder that greatness is not measured by how quickly you reach a goal, but by the strength, character, and dedication you demonstrate along the way. Zenny’s impact reaches far beyond the competition floor—she inspires athletes, coaches, and families alike, and reminds us all why we believe in the climb.

Payton Bear – USA Stars

For 15 years, Payton has been a dedicated member of USA Stars, demonstrating resilience, determination, and strength of character both on and off the mat. Her journey has been marked by perseverance through adversity, including the loss of her father at a young age, yet she has continued to pursue her goals with courage and grace. Rather than allowing challenges to define her, Payton has used them as motivation to grow stronger and inspire those around her.

Known for her positive attitude, work ethic, and commitment to excellence, Payton leads by example in everything she does. She consistently chooses the harder path of growth, pushes herself to improve, and supports her teammates along the way. Her ability to overcome obstacles while remaining humble, driven, and compassionate makes her a truly remarkable athlete and role model.
