LIVE BLOG: Battle In The Arena 2020

Some of the country's top tumbling athletes will go head-to-head tonight at the 2020 Battle In The Arena and showcase what they are most talented at! We are so excited to see the talent take the mat, so be sure to stay tuned to Varsity TV for Live coverage.

Athletes from all over the country submitted video entries for their chance at a spot on the big stage. Check out the selected athletes for Battle In The Arena 2020 HERE!

Here’s How It Works:

Athletes from four different divisions will be hitting the mat. The top athletes in each division will receive a medal, the chance to be featured in an exclusive shoe campaign, and contribute to the development of the next generation of Varsity Footwear!

40 athletes will be taking on four different divisions in tonight's competition. Senior Female, Senior Male, Junior, and Open athletes will all be taking the mat tonight at 7 PM CST! 

Four Divisions At Battle In The Arena 2020

Junior Athlete: Males and Females 13 years of age and under as of 3/1/2020

Senior Male: 14-18 years of age as of 3/1/2020

Senior Female: 14-18 years of age as of 3/1/2020

Open Athlete: Males and Females 19+ years of age as of 3/1/2020

It's going to be an eventful night, so check back for minute-by-minute updates of all the live action!

GRANT JOSET!

For the second time in a row, Grant Joset left it all out on the floor and was named the overall grand champion! Congratulations to all of the 2020 Battle In The Arena contestants who stepped on the mat tonight. The talent in the Arena tonight was unbelieveable, but the weekend is just getting started.
