The west coast squad opens their routine with walk-in press extensions and a spell out cheer of their mascot. The team maximizes their use of the stage with athletes covering every inch of mat space. El Capitan’s crowd effective cheer features solid stunts and a great use of props to lead the crowd.

In the spirt squad’s music stunt section, they highlight their top girl’s flexibility and athleticism as they perform multiple split transitions and arabesques with ease. Two sky-high kick full baskets were thrown at the back of the mat before the team ends their routine with a solid pyramid.
