Dancin Bluebonnets Turn Tragedy Into Triumph At NDA All-Star Nationals

Projecting powerful emotions on the stage is a key factor in the Contemporary/Lyrical division. This year the dancers from Spring, TX had no problem with that task at the 2018 NDA All-Star National Championship.

With a majority of the team being severely affected by Hurricane Harvey, Dancing Bluebonnets Youth Large Contemporary/Lyrical team came together to create a performance that could speak to their experiences during the event. The girls danced with two large cloths that in the beginning symbolize the heartache they felt during the tragedy and by coming together it then symbolizes hope, family, and togetherness
