More than 500 all star cheerleading teams of all levels graced the stage at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center for Day 1 of One Up Nationals 2019 and the routines did not disapoint. 

Whether the teams were competing for one of the last remaining bids or working to earn a national championship title, teams went all out to deliver their best routines with the hopes of ending the day on top in their divisions.
