A Letter to Future #NCAstaff: Just go for it!

Dear Future NCA Staffer,

Hey there! My name is Carli and I have been on NCA Staff for 8 years. I love working for NCA because this company gives me the opportunity to make an impact on people’s lives while doing it alongside my very best friends. My advice to anyone who is thinking about applying for NCA Staff is… GO FOR IT! Applying for NCA Staff was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The National Cheerleaders Association is a prestigious company that employs some of the best cheerleaders in the nation, and being a part of NCA allows you to be a part of something that is greater than yourself.

When I started staff 8 years ago I was welcomed into a family; a family of individuals who share a love for cheerleading, but most importantly a love for helping others. I choose to spend my summers with NCA because there is nothing better than getting paid to do what you love! Being on staff is so much fun that it doesn’t even feel like a job. I have had the opportunity to represent NCA at special events, travel to countless places including Japan, and attend the world’s largest cheerleading competitions. Throughout these opportunities, I have been blessed to have met some of my greatest friends in life.

Every time I put on that shield I am given an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life and make a positive impact on the world. NCA Staff has allowed me to continue living out a lifelong passion of mine while helping me grow outside of cheerleading as well. I would not be the person I am today without the influence of this company. NCA has challenged me to be a better person. NCA has pushed me to pursue my greatness by celebrating others. NCA has taught me that #theworkisworthit.

There are so many valuable life lessons I have learned from being on NCA Staff and I am forever grateful to represent the shield. There is no other company in the world like NCA and I encourage anyone who is interested in staff to just go for it because it could be the best decision you ever make!
