We want you to put your best pass forward so here are five tips to help you make your 2020 Varsity TV Level Legacy submission videos shine!

1. It's All In The Details

Focus on the little details your coaches remind you of every day at practice.

"Arms by your ears, squeeze your core, and point your toes!"

Think about these little details in every skill to make your tumbling pass shine.

Do your best to create a picture-perfect replica of the skill video. Focus on controlling your skills and hitting each element with flawless technique.

2. Focus On One Skill At A Time

Practice and perfect each skill separately before putting it all together.

Example: Make your round off back handspring solid before connecting your back tuck.

3. Take Your Time

You have one full week to upload your video so take your time and make it count!

Practice and perfect your skills at practice throughout the week and send in your best video before the deadline.

Pro Tip: Check out the 2020 Varsity TV Level Legacy Scoring Rubric so you can get an inside look at how each submission will be scored!

4. Teamwork Makes The Dream Work

Practicing with a friend makes everything better so tag a teammate to enter the challenge with you. You'll be the perfect pair as you train your skills together and help each other out film your submission videos!

5. Pro Filming Tip

Hold your phone horizontal for easier filming and to ensure you see the full pass!
