Our virtual events allow your program to compete from home, while our live championships give you that in-person experience. Both event types give you the chance to earn bids to our End-Of-Season Championships!

Scoring Information

Scoring:

Varsity Spirit Canada will use IASF scoring at all of our events.
Props should have approval from the IASF. Please send prop approvals to mandrews@varsity.com prior to the start of the event.
Please have IASF approval for skills for ease of Legality Review at each event.

Virtual Competition Series

The Virtual Competition Series allows your program to hit the scoresheet before your biggest events and earn bids to End-Of-Season Championships. Compete with top brands and competition all in the comfort of your gym. Record your routine in the gym and upload your video to be scored by a Varsity certified judging panel.

WSF – Virtual Winter I – registration closes 12/4/24
Encore – Virtual Winter II – registration closes 1/8/25
JAMfest – Virtual Spring I – registration closes 1/29/25
CHEERSPORT – Virtual Spring II – registration closes 2/26/25

Showcase tier events are BACK this season! Showcases offer an opportunity for 1:1 feedback. Varsity Scoring Specialists will evaluate your routine and set a time for a 1:1 routine consultation to offer feedback. Videos will not be shared publicly & showcases will not be ranked, or placed.

Insider Info: 2024 CHAMPS Grand Nationals

The CHAMPS Grand Nationals returns to the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado, in 2024, so those returning to the event will be in familiar territory, while newcomers will get to experience a beautiful area for the first time.
