All Stars Dancers Are Heating Up At NDTC!

Things are heating up in the HP Field House as the All Star portion of the National Dance Team Championship is underway. Home to multiple teams performing in Jazz, Contemporary/Lyrical, Hip Hop, Pom and Kick, the divisions are condensed to make the competition even more exciting.

This morning kicked off with powerful performances in the Large Senior Jazz division. All three teams who participated in this division, Dancer’s Edge, ORDTTA, and Studio L All-Stars, have technically demanding routines with exquisite musicality.

Following Large Senior Jazz, the Jersey Girls Allstars routine expressed the importance of being kind to others in the Large Senior Contemporary/Lyrical division.

In the Junior All Star Jazz category, teams competed in hopes of earning the title of National Champions.

Dance Mania performed a sassy routine with beautiful, long-sleeved purple tops that accented their polished movements, while RJ ELITE hit the floor with an upbeat performance in a red sequin dress.

In the Senior Small Contemporary/Lyrical division, the Iowa C.A.T.S. All Stars performed a hero-themed routine with an innovative costume change.

To say the least, the all star divisions are a significant part of why we all love NDTC. As the studio, club, and gym teams take the floor, their passion and technique shine through in whatever style they compete in.
