A dance costume or uniform is the very first impression a team makes as they run through the iconic Walt Disney World® castle to perform. The design and clean lines of a dance team’s costume helps them tell their routine’s story, and of course, stand out on stage.

Here are five top trends at the UDA National Dance Team Championship:

1.Fireworks Sequins

Teams are shining under the lights as they take the floor in their Fireworks Sequin dresses! As the dancers hit their turns, the sparkle just gets brighter! This has been one of the most popular show-stopping looks of the weekend in the pom and kick divisions.

2. Low Bow

ACCESSORY TREND ALERT! Rhinestone bows are pairing perfectly with a sleek hair bun! This look adds excitement to a team’s look without distracting from their facials and expression.

3. Rhinestone Braiding
