The Summit News: New 2020 Championship Dates Announced

Attention All Star cheer and dance fans!

Summer might be ending but we've got some exciting news to brighten up your week. The new dates for The Summit 2020 have been announced!

Due to the ICU and USASF date changes, Varsity All Star had to slightly adjust the event dates of The Summit.

The end of season championship event will now begin on Friday, May 1 and will run through Monday, May 4. The Dance Summit dates will remain unchanged and dancers will make the climb in Orlando on Saturday, May 2 through Sunday, May 3.

The order of events for The Summit 2020 will be:

• Friday, May 1: International Divisions
• Saturday, May 2: International Division Finals & Wild Card Round
• Sunday, May 3: Semi-Final Round
• Monday, May 4: Final Round

But that's not all, the first Summit Bid Reveal of the 2019-2020 season will be held on Monday, October 14th at 7:30 PM CT on Varsity TV! Be sure to watch and see who are the first teams punching their ticket to The Summit & D2 Summit 2020!
