Universal Cheerleaders Association

  • Founded in 1974 by Jeff Webb with the goal of incorporating high level athleticism with traditional crowd leadership.
  • Today it is the largest cheerleading camp company in the world. UCA trains over 180,000 cheerleaders every summer at over 3,200 sessions across the country, offering the widest array of dates and locations of any camp company.
  • UCA founded and funded the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators and created the AACCA Safety Manual, the standard of care in the industry.
  • UCA is credited with choreographing the first routine to music and inventing fundamental cheerleading skills, including the liberty, elevator, and basket toss.
