The Urban Cheerleading Experience

The Urban Cheerleading Experience was founded in 2017 by Demonde Gladman, aided by Alexis Griffen of Norfolk State. UCE strives to represent the traditional, rhythmic style of cheer on a national scale. UCE recruits staff from top colleges and universities across the country to find individuals that are identifiable role models for young athletes. Our staff is dedicated to teaching the high energy, rhythmic style of cheer and teaching leadership skills BEYOND the sideline, while creating positive traditions in the Urban style.

"'This experience has been beyond AMAZING!!! The staff has been so helpful. They meet your squad where they are and push you to be the best version of yourself. One of my captains said this camp ``feels like home`` and my girls loved how ``real`` the staff is. This is the first camp my seniors felt they could be themselves and not have to pretend to be something they're not. We will DEFINITELY be back next year. This camp is perfect for us!'" Coach HarrisJim Hill High School, Jackson, MS
"'The Urban Cheerleading Experience is the best, you rock!
This is the best brand; very professional and absolutely OnPoint!'" Natalie King, Head Cheer CoachWoodside HS, Norfolk, VA
"'Thank you to the entire staff! My girls love this camp and look forward to it every single year! The material is fun and the camp experience is the best! Thanks for all you guys do.'" Coach TikaHavenview Middle School, Memphis, TN
"'My team and I learned a ton and enjoyed the ability to work with and get to know other coaches and cheerleaders in a fun, non-competitive environment.'" CoachMemphis, TN
"'Thank you so much. My girls loved the camp & I appreciate all of the words of encouragement from the staff. I am so glad UCE was recommended to me. I look forward to a long relationship with the brand!'" Coach KelseyGregory - Lincoln JH, Houston, TX
