Ready to show us what you’ve got? Auditioning is easy! Just follow these three steps.

Step 1: Learn the Routine & Record Your Audition

Use the choreography link below to learn the audition routine. You’ll also find a link to the music you’ll need for your audition.

Once you’ve learned the routine, record a video of yourself performing it.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident—but remember, this is your audition, so dress the part and show us your performance style!

Auditioning with a group or team?

If your group has 3 or more performers, you may record and submit one video for the entire group. You do not need to record a separate video for each person unless you choose to.

What Happens Next?

Once you submit your audition, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your audition results.

WALT DISNEY WORLD® ANNUAL PASSES AND DVC CANNOT BE USED TOWARDS THE TRAVEL PACKAGE.

TOUR COST, RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS: The total number accepted for the tour is limited. Completed reservation application and $200.00 (non-refundable) per person deposit MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE VARSITY SPIRIT LLC OFFICE on or before the dates listed below: (This deposit is credited towards your total cost.) 

HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
Pricing is per person based on the total number of people in the room regardless if they are a participant or a spectator. For example, 3 participants and one spectator would be the quad rate per person. The participants would each pay the participant quad rate and the spectator would be the quad spectator price. All prices listed are per person.

Rooms with one or two people in them will be placed in a room with a king bed. Rooms with three or four people in them will be placed in a room with two beds.

PAYMENT DEADLINE: COMING SOON

• Deposit is due two weeks after accepted or no later than November 10, 2026
• Final Payment is due January 6, 2027

Tour packages include unlimited admission into Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park from March 7, 2027 – March 20, 2027. Park Reservations must be made for each day. 

DISNEY ANNUAL PASS/DISNEY VACATION CLUB: The performer and one chaperone have to stay on the hotel travel package. Disney Annual Passes and Disney Vacation Club cannot be used towards the package.

EXTRA NIGHTS: Extend the magic of Spring Break by adding additional nights to your stay! Extra nights are $415 (tax included) per room/ per night. 

TICKET UPGRADE: You may upgrade your 3-day Park Hopper® to a 4-day Park Hopper® day or a 5-day Park Hopper®. Please indicate on your rooming list if you wish to do this. 

• 3-day to 4-day: $165
• 3-day to 5-day: $225

EXTRA PARK HOPPER® TICKETS: For those not on the hotel travel package, they can purchase discounted Park Hopper tickets.

• 3 day: $615
• 4 day: $780
• 5 day: $840

FINAL PAYMENT: If final payment is not received on or before TBD and special written arrangements are not made and approved with Varsity Spirit LLC, you will automatically be removed from the tour, which will result in a complete forfeiture of all monies paid. 

CHAPERONES: EACH PERFORMER MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE ADULT CHAPERONE. However, if there is more than one performer attending from your school, you may have one chaperone for up to ten performers. Adult Chaperones must be 21 years of age or older. Varsity Spirit LLC is not responsible for supervising the performers.

Saturday, March 13th, 2027: Arrive to Orlando, Florida!

• Arrival and registration at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
• Hotel check in
• Evening off to enjoy the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort!

*When making flight reservations we suggest arriving at Coronado Springs Resort no later than 3:30 PM on Saturday, March 13th. If flying, we recommend you land at Orlando International Airport (MCO) by 2:00 PM. You may fly back anytime on Tuesday, March 16th.

Sunday, March 14th, 2027: Rehearsal Day

• Routine rehearsal at Coronado Springs
• After rehearsal, enjoy the Theme Parks for the rest of the day!

Monday, March 15th, 2027: Performance Day!

• Full Buffet Breakfast followed by a dress rehearsal

• Happy Performance Day!  All performers will head to Magic Kingdom for their performance.

  • Exact time of the performance will be announced closer to the event.
• After the performance, enjoy the Theme Parks!

Tuesday, March 16th, 2027: Depart home from Orlando!

Airfare from your hometown to Orlando is not included in the cost of the trip and will be the responsibility of the attendee.

• Walt Disney World no longer operates the Disney Magic Express. Attendees will be responsible for their roundtrip transportation from the Orlando International Airport to the resorts. We have partnered with MEARS to provide a guests discount off of transportation to and from the airport!

To help manage park capacity, the Walt Disney World Resort has introduced the Disney Park Pass service, a new Theme Park reservation system. In order to make your Theme Park reservations, you will need a My Disney Experiences account and valid Theme Park admission linked to it. Varsity Spirit will send you a ticket confirmation order number in late January for all customers paid in full. Then, simply create a My Disney Experience account and select the dates and Theme Parks you wish to visit. To enter a Theme Park, both a reservation and valid admission for the same Park on the same date are required. Please note that reservations are limited in capacity, subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Park availability is very limited and Varsity Spirit will not be able to assist with park reservations.

• For those spectators and participants on our hotel travel package and those who purchased a Walt Disney World Park Hopper pass from Varsity Spirit,  a park reservation for Magic Kingdom will be pre-loaded on to your ticket for the day of your All American’s performance.

IMPORTANT NOTE WHEN PURCHASING THEME PARK TICKETS: The reselling or the transferring of theme park tickets in the state of Florida is a crime as described under Florida state laws; Florida Statutes s. 817.361 and Florida Statutes s. 817.36

Q: When do we need to arrive to Orlando?

• A: Normal arrival day is Saturday March 13th, 2027. Limited number of extra nights on Friday the 12th or Tuesday the 16th. We suggest arriving at the resort no later than 5:00 PM on Friday (3:00 PM arrival to the Orlando International Airport MCO).

Q: Do we have to follow the group itinerary when it comes to visiting the theme parks each day?

• A: No, unless it is your performance day. You may always use Walt Disney World Transportation to the Theme Park of your choice.

Q: Will we receive our hotel confirmation numbers?

• A: Yes! You will receive your hotel confirmations with your uniform order in February.

Q: We missed our deadline for registration and deposit…Are we too late?

• A: Please call our Customer Service at 800-238-0286 and select Option 2 for availability.

Q: How do we know what size uniform to order?

• A: Watch this short video with instructions on how to properly measure for your uniform. *Please note: Your current Varsity uniform will more than likely be a different fit than the uniform we use for Special Events.

Q: Are we able to pay for the Disney Dining Plan?

• A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer the Disney Dining Plan because of our group discounts.

Q: What is the difference between the Participant and Spectator pricing?

• A: The uniform and parade opportunity is the only difference. Everything that is listed as INCLUDED in the tour package is available to everyone.

Q: Will the performance be televised?

• A: Each performance takes place at Magic Kingdom; therefore, our performances are not televised. More information about the performance will be available closer to the event.

Q: What does “Walt Disney World Park Ticket with Park Hopper®️ Option” mean?

• A: A Walt Disney World Park Ticket with Park Hopper®️ Option enables you to visit more than one park a day. If you purchase a Ticket with Park Hopper®️ Option from Varsity Spirit, you will be able to make a reservation for at least one of the theme parks. It is a possibility that some parks may reach capacity so we strongly recommend you register / pay early so you can get your tickets and book your reservations for your top choices. If the first park you would like to attend reaches capacity, you can make a reservation for another park and then one you enter that park, you can “hop” to another park of your choice without a reservation.

Q: When will we receive our Walt Disney World® Resort Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper® Option for the event?

• A: You must have a reservation to attend a Walt Disney World® park. Once your registration is complete and paid in full, your tickets will be ordered through Disney and approximately 7-10 business days later a ticket confirmation order number will be sent to you. No changes will be accepted after ticket orders have been placed. (Including upgrades.) It is a possibility that parks will reach capacity so we strongly suggest you register / pay early so you can get your tickets and book your reservation for your top theme park choices.

Q: What is a Park Reservation?

• A: Please read through the ‘Walt Disney World Park Reservations’ section of this event page! Here you will find information on theme park reservations, how to make them and other important Walt Disney World® Resort information.

Q: If we do not use all the days on our Walt Disney World® Resort Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper® Option, may we use them next year?

• A: No. All of the discounted tickets sold at our events have an expiration date. Valid ticket dates are listed on our website, please check when you are ordering your tickets. No refunds will be given for unused portions of tickets.

Q: Are there discounted park tickets available for family and friends not on the travel package?

• A: Yes! These additional tickets can be purchased when you register for the event. Walt Disney World® Resort Park Ticket with Park Hopper® Option is valid for admission into the Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. You will need to make a park reservation in order to get into a park. It is a possibility that parks will reach capacity so we strongly suggest you register / pay early so you can get your tickets and book your reservation.
