Registration Deadlines

  • $700 per person non-refundable deposit due by the following dates:
    •  If you attended camp in May/June, your registration is due on July 11, 2025
    • If you attended camp in July, your registration is due on August 15, 2025
    •  If you attended camp in August, your registration is due on September 5, 2025
  • Second payment of $1,400 per person is due September 15, 2025
  • Final payment is due by October 30, 2025.

No refund of the $700 non-refundable deposit will be made for cancellations on or before September 15, 2025. Cancellations between September 16, 2025 and October 30, 2025, an additional $1,000 per person penalty will apply. Starting on October 31, 2025, there will be no refunds.

After September 5th, please call the Varsity Spirit office for availability at 844-399-0644 (option 2).

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your International trip. Information and pricing can be found on the event website and registration form.

🗓️ Event Itinerary

PLEASE NOTE: This itinerary is subject to change based on local health regualtions. A final, more detialed itinerary will be emailed to all registered attendees closer to the event date. 

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 26TH: Travel Day

  • Depart from your gateway airport on a wide-bodied jet for LONDON, ENGLAND!
  • Fly overnight with a Varsity Spirit Staff Member, other All Americans and families, and enjoy dinner, beverages, and on-board entertainment.
  • Enjoy a good night’s sleep and a little breakfast before touching down at one of London’s major airports.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 27TH : Arrive in London, England!

  • Once off the aircraft, pass through customs and immigration before being met by a London Parade Representative.
  • Make the next part of the journey into central London by luxury motor coach to your London hotel.
  • Upon arrival at the hotel, check into your room and get settled (room availability is based upon previous night’s hotel occupancy).
  • Adventure out into London. Dinner this evening will be served in one of the hotel’s banquet rooms.

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 28TH: Guided Tour of London and Show!

  • Gather by bus groups this morning for a GUIDED TOUR of the greatest capital city in the world!
  • During the day, visit such places as BUCKINGHAM PALACE (home to King Charles III), the TOWER OF LONDON, ST. PAUL’S CATHEDRAL (one of the world’s most impressive cathedrals), WESTMINSTER ABBEY (England’s most important ecclesiastical building and scene of the royal wedding of William & Kate), BIG BEN, and the HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT (the country’s political heart).
  • Dinner will be served in your hotel and followed by a WEST END SHOW in the heart of London’s Theatreland!

MONDAY, DECEMBER 29TH: Free Day to Explore London

  • Receive a London Transport Day Oyster Card for use on the extensive underground network. Follow a unique itinerary for the day and head off by taking “the tube” to visit a variety of London landmarks!
  • Use one of your vouchers to dine in any of a range of popular London restaurants.
  • Throughout the week, enjoy four optional GUIDED WALKING TOURS for a firsthand look at some of London’s most magnificent sites. Take advantage of them all!

TUESAY, DECEMBER 30TH: Tour of Windsor Castle

  • This day’s guided tour takes you out of the capital towards the west, to one of England’s greatest and most historic cities— WINDSOR. This city has been home to the ROYAL PALACE for over 900 years. Although still used by the royal family, parts of the palace are open to the public, and you will be able to see some of the chapels, the State Apartments, and even Queen Mary’s Doll House– all within the castle walls!
  • Upon your return to London, you will dine with vouchers.
  • Rehearse and fine tune the routine with your performance group.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 31ST: Happy New Year’s Eve!

  • Another chance to EXPLORE LONDON! Continue to use your Oyster Card.
  • Check your London Parade Welcome Pack for details of many more places of interest, like the TATE GALLERY or COVENT GARDEN!
  • Use one of your meal vouchers for dinner in central London to experience a unique British dish!
  • Ring in the New Year with a private party before turning in for the night.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! THURSDAY, JANUARY 1ST: Parade Day!

  • Rise and shine for the LONDON PARADE!
  • Upon departing the hotel for the parade assembly area, the day will begin with the Official London Parade photo! Your performance group will have a professional photograph taken in performance uniform, with a major London landmark as an iconic backdrop.
  • Perform with 10,000 participants before a street side audience of over one million and via television, a total audience of over 20 million worldwide! Celebrate with all of London, as you cheer and dance your way past BERKELEY SQUARE, BIG BEN, DOWNING STREET, TRAFALGAR SQUARE, PICCADILLY CIRCUS, and THE RITZ HOTEL.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 2ND: Depart home from London! 

  • With your belongings and memories all packed, it’s time to board your motor coach and head to the airport for your return flight to the U.S.
  • During the daytime flight home, you will be served lunch shortly after take-off and afternoon tea shortly before arrival.
  • Complimentary refreshments and inflight entertainment will also be provided as you travel home in comfort following what will have been an extraordinary week on the London Varsity Spirit All-American Tour

TOUR COST, RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS: The total number accepted for the tour is limited. Completed reservation application and $700.00 (non-refundable) per person deposit MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE VARSITY SPIRIT LLC OFFICE on or before the dates listed below: (This deposit is credited towards your total cost.) 

There will be a fee of $925 for a single room request for a spectator.

CHAPERONES: Each All-American must have at least one adult chaperone. One adult can chaperone up to 4 All-Americans. Adults must be 21 years or older. Varsity Spirit is not responsible for supervising the All-Americans.   

ROOM TYPES:

  • Room types will vary, and you may have to share a bed with someone on your rooming list.
  • Please note that rooms in London are typically smaller than those to which we are accustomed in the United States.
  • Single Room Accommodations
    Single occupancy rooms are available exclusively to adult chaperones aged 21 and older. Please note that selecting a single room will incur an additional fee. These rooms are typically smaller than standard shared accommodations.
  • Double Occupancy Room Information
    Double-occupancy rooms accommodate up to two individuals and may feature one of two configurations: either two twin beds or a queen-size bed. While guests are welcome to submit room type preferences, please note that specific room configurations cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. Additionally, European hotel rooms are generally smaller than those in the USA.
  • Triple Occupancy Room Information
    Triple occupancy rooms accommodate up to three individuals. They can be arranged in one of the following configurations: one full or queen bed with a rollaway bed, or two twin beds with a rollaway bed. Guests are welcome to indicate room type preferences; however, specific configurations are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Additionally, European hotel rooms are generally smaller than those in the USA. Triple rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Participation in the 40th London Parade
  • Round trip economy air travel from your USA gateway to a major London airport
  • Round trip motorcoach transfers from your London airport to the hotel
  • Six nights accommodation at a four star hotel. The London Parade will be split into two hotel locations based on your gateway city. Additional information regarding your hotel location will be sent out closer to the event.

Pricing for Travel Insurace for London is: 
CFAR: $392 per person
Non-CFAR: $275 per person

*The plan cost for the Travel Protection plan includes the plan premium and fee for non-insurance assistance services. You may obtain information on the plan cost by emailing assistancefees@tripmate.com. The Travel Protection Plan coverage includes the flight from gateway city into London. There may be additional coverage for direct flights from hometown to gateway city provided the date of travel for the direct air flights are within 7 total days of the scheduled Trip Dates. ✈️ Travel Planning

Roundtrip airfare from a USA gateway city to a London airport is included in the cost of the tour.

Roundtrip airfare from your hometown to a gateway city is not included in the cost of the tour and will be the responisbilty of the attendees.

👕Uniform Information

Female athletes will receive a uniform top, skirt, breifs, pullover and poms. Male athletes will receive a unifrom top, pants and a pullover.  All participants will need to bring white tennis shoes and white socks. Uniforms will be shipped two weeks prior to the event.
