Tiers are solely designated by years of experience as a professional choreographer. All of our choreographers have varying skill sets and strengths that you will be able to pick from to find the choreographer that is right for you. Only choreographers that

Platinum Choreographers

  • Comprised of choreographers with 9 years or more experience. These choreographers have a strong clientele and the achievements to back the up. They are adaptable and yet solid in their craft. They may be hard to secure, but definitely worth it!

Gold Choreographers

  • Comprised of choreographers with 4-8 years experience. These choreographers have built a loyal customer base and successful track record with their routines. You can’t go wrong with any of our gold choreographers!

Silver Choreographers

  • Comprised of choreographers with 3 years or less experience. These choreographers are building their reputation and portfolios and are ready to show you what they’ve got! You could be the team that puts these choreographers on the map!

Types of Sessions

In Person Sessions

  • The choreographer will travel to you and teach the choreography in person. A standard session for 1 routine is 2 days with roughly 6 hours a day. Times can be worked out between you and the choreographer. They will leave you with a complete routine!

Virtual Session

  • These sessions are good for a team with a tighter budget. Your choreographer will send you videos of choreography and include all necessary notes and formations to provide you with a complete routine. These sessions typically include a 2 hour session with the choreographer after learning in order to review, clean, and clarify.

Pricing

Varsity EnVision will connect you with a choreographer based on your team’s level, style, and budget. We will customize pricing to your budget based on the type of routine your team needs. Whether you’re looking for Game Day, State/Regional, or National routine, we’ve got you covered!

Once you submit a request, we will reach out to you and have a quote to you within two weeks. An In-Person choreography quote is inclusive of all choreographer fees, travel, housing, and per diem. You do not have to worry about anything other than the music!

Choreography quotes will vary based on choreographers rates, type of travel and housing needed, and days of instruction.

As a reminder, music is not included.  If you are looking for a routine in the near future, selecting music now will help to expedite this process.

Allison Markus is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and she has been a part of the dance industry for the last 30 years.

Allison is a graduate of Missouri State University, where she was a 4 year member of the Sugar Bears dance team and she received a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She has been an instructional staff member for Universal Dance association since 2012, where she has worked and headed camps all over the USA. Through UDA, she has worked and judged numbers competitions at the regional, national and international level. Allison is currently the head coach for the Marquette High School Mystique Dance Team. Allison specializes in Pom and Jazz choreography. She has worked with teams at every school level, Jr. High through college. Her choreography has achieved numerous top 10 finishes at the state and national level.

Jenna Stamps is a professional dancer and choreographer in New York City.

Originally from Massachusetts Jenna graduated from Manhattanville College with a Bachelor of Arts in dance. She dances professionally with Brickhouse NYC in XPro. She is a staff instructor for Universal Dance Association (UDA). Through UDA she now has the opportunity to choreograph and work with many dance teams from all over the country, and had the opportunity to go to international with the company. She is a teacher, choreographer, and Competition Director at The Studio School of Dance in Mount Kisco, NY.

KATHRYN BRASFIELD

KATHRYN BRASFIELD

Kathryn Brasfiseld is a Knoxville, TN native and resident.

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, she was a member and captain of the University’s dance team and earned a degree in Health and Human Performance. She worked as a UDA staff member from 2007-2015, instructing dancers and leading camps all across the US. Kathryn is currently the assistant coach for the dance team at Bearden High School, her alma mater, and has helped lead the team to multiple state championships, national finalist placements, and 7 UDA National Championship titles in Gameday and Pom. In 2022, she also began coaching at West Valley Middle School, who earned two Silver medals at UDA Nationals at 2023. Kathryn specializes in Pom, Gameday, and Jazz choreography, and works with all levels of school and all star teams. Her work has earned multiple choreography awards and has helped teams achieve top three finishes at the regional, state, and national level, as well as two UDA National Championships and one NDA National Championship.

LAYNE STRODE DOBBINS

LAYNE STRODE DOBBINS

Layne Strode Dobbins is a dancer, educator, and choreographer from Louisiana with training in all styles of dance. She now resides in Denver, CO.

She holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Dance and Choreography from Belhaven University in Jackson, MS where she was an adjunct faculty, head dance team coach, and dance team choreographer for five years. She has worked for the Universal Dance Association for over ten years and has traveled the nation working camps, setting choreography, and judging events. Layne’s choreography experience ranges from studio competition dances, collegiate performances, and dance team competition routines in the styles of jazz, contemporary, pom, hip hop, kick, and many others. Layne uses her graduate school training to bring innovative visual dimension, movement dynamics, and musical detail into her award winning choreography.

LINDSAY HEADRICK

Lindsay Headrick is from St. Louis, MO where she focused on ballet, by studying with the Missouri State Ballet and the Canadian Ballet of Montreal.

Lindsay earned her BA, in Dance, at Lindenwood University, where she was a four year member of the National Champion Lion Line Dance Team, which has been inducted into Lindenwood’s Athletic Hall of Fame. During her time on the team, she began working for Universal Dance Association. With UDA, Lindsay has become a seventeen year veteran staff member and has been named Veteran Instructor of the Year. Lindsay has been apart of judging panels on the regional, national, and international levels for the past five years. Lindsay works with many teams throughout the Midwest. Her choreography and consulting for Pittsburgh State University, Missouri State Sugar Bears, Eureka High School, and Marquette High School has helped these teams earn top National rankings.

LIZZY HOWARD

LIZZY HOWARD

Lizzy Howard is a nationally recognized and award winning choreographer originally from Boise, Idaho.

Over the last 10 years, Lizzy has coached, choreographed and adjudicated in many different facets within the dance industry. While still in Idaho she founded Eminence, a competitive hip hop program at her local studio. Currently, Lizzy is the Program Director for the National Dance Alliance. Along with NDA, Lizzy continues to choreograph many all-star, high school and college programs representing at state, national and collegiate championships. In 2023, Lizzy accepted the position of Assistant Dance Director for USA Cheer to coach the US National Dance Teams. This has given her the opportunity to consult and coach various elite level teams and bring home 14 gold medals at the ICU World Championships. She is beyond grateful to continue her dance journey coaching, choreographing, adjudicating and speaking at coaches conferences across the nation!

PAIGE ST. JOHN

PAIGE ST. JOHN

Paige St. John holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance from The Ohio State University (2019) and M.A. in Dance Education from the University of Northern Colorado (2023).

Based in Wilmington, DE, USA, Paige travels as a choreographer and dance educator, moving with young and adult athletes and creators domestically and internationally. Her work as an educator has taken her across the globe, leading her to have either choreographed, taught, judged, or presented dance education and coaching seminars on five out of the seven continents. Some of her most notable and inspiring experiences include performing at the Rebild Bakker 4th of July Festival in Denmark (2017); teaching private coaching sessions with various teams in Slovenia (2019); judging the Ukrainian Dance Championship Cup in Kharkiv (2021); and spending four incredible months teaching, choreographing, writing curriculum, and training other dance educators in Guangzhou, China (2018). In the States, Paige is the Assistant Coach of the University of Delaware Dance Team, and choreographs for a variety of studio, All-star, and nationally-ranked high school and collegiate dance teams. She serves as the IASF Panel Advisor for the Jazz and Kick Divisions at the Dance Worlds, and frequently travels as a Master Instructor, specializing in technique and choreography in the styles of Contemporary, Jazz, and Pom, and hosting lectures and seminars for other dance educators and coaches on training techniques, student-coach rapport, and curriculum consistency.

ROLAND LATSON

A native of Houston, Texas, Roland began cheering and dancing at the secondary level.

He was a member of the Houston Community College repertoire dance program for two years and transferred to Blinn College and danced for the Nationally ranked Treasures dance team, where he served as lieutenant officer. While attending Rutgers University, Roland was a member of the Acrodanse Dance Company under the direction of Michael Gary. Roland holds a master’s degree in dance education from the University of Northern Colorado. A few of Roland’s performance credits include: an extra and leading male dancer in “Will A Real Man Please Stand Up”, starring Michelle Williams of Destiny’s Child, Super Bowl XXXVIII, and Showtime at The Apollo-On Tour. Roland is currently in his 12th year as a public school dance educator. Roland Latson has served on staff with UDA and ShowTime International and has choreographed for many dance teams both at the secondary and collegiate level.

Stephanie is a previous UDA Instructor who has traveled across the U.S., Great Britain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Norway, Slovenia, Mexico, Japan, Scotland, Croatia, Chile, Columbia, Australia, Finland, and Ecuador teaching dance to children of different ages and backgrounds.

Stephanie has over 25 years of dance training and was a former member of the junior Gus Giordano Company. She was also inducted into the Hall of Fame of Dance at a young age. Stephanie is a former athlete, captain, and coach for the University of Illinois Illini Dance Team. She has consulted and choreographed for several high school and college competitive teams, including both nationals and world champions. She was honored to be a choreographer for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2013 and 2014, and The Chicago Bulls Billskidz halftime show in 2018. Stephanie was a professional performer for 2 seasons at Six Flags Great America. she has performed on the MDA telethon featuring Jerry Lewis. She has been the technical coach for the last 11 years at Main South High School- 2017,2019, and 2022 USA National Champion High Kick Team. She is currently a UDA and NDA State Director for IL, IA, WI, MN, SD, and ND.

ABBY KOWALSKI

Abby Kowalski is from Hainesport, New Jersey where she is currently an instructor, choreographer, core event staffer, and content crew member of the National Dance Alliance.

She is also a student at Saint Joseph’s University (Philadelphia, PA) where she is majoring in Business Administration. Abby was captain of the Rancocas Valley Regional High School Dance Team and has 4 years of experience competing in Varsity High Kick and Varsity Team Performance. Her career continued by being hired for NDA in 2020 and has worked at both the High School and Collegiate level. She was a 3 year member on the dance team at Saint Joseph’s University, competing in D1 Pom and D1 Hip Hop in 2022 at UDA’s College Nationals. My experience competing within Varsity has provided a wide range of versatility amongst all genres of dance, and High Kick, Pom and Hip Hop are my strengths. She has choreographed for routines competing in the Varsity High Kick, Gameday, Hip Hop and Pom Categories at NDA High School Nationals and has started in 2022 gaining experience as a judge for NDA which has inspired more creativity and intention as a choreographer. Abby is a very visually inspired choreographer who strives to use a wide range of dynamics, transitions, formations, textures and musicality.

Ashley Baxley is a Connecticut native and by day, a middle school science teacher.

She has vast experience coaching and choreographing for high school, college, and all-star dance teams with a strong focus on Hip Hop and Team Performance. She has been choreographing and judging with the National Dance Alliance from 2017 to now. She also has experience with professional cheerleading and dance team organizations such as the NLL New England Black Wolves and was a four year member of the WNBA's Connecticut Sun Solar Power Dance Team.

Brittany is from Columbus, Ohio and is an experienced choreographer with a tremendous love for her craft.

She started her choreography journey in High School and has been choreographing ever since. Her experience with local studio and her high school teams in both Hip Hop and her specialty, pom, got her momentum going and provides a broader experience across industries. During college she choreographed all styles for her collegiate dance team- The Ohio State University Club Dance Team and post graduation has continued to work with the team. In addition, works with other colleges and teams in the area on their competitive and nationals routines.

JENNA HOMME

Jenna Winkler Homme hails from Nebraska where she danced her entire life.

She danced competitively from the time she was six years old until she was in high school and college. Henna is a three time All-American and two time All-Conference collegiate dancer. She has also performed with the Nebraska Ballet in numerous productions and as part of their Reparatory Ensemble for three years. Jenna has won numerous regional and national titles both as a soloist and as part of a team. She is in her eighth year with the Universal Dance Association (UDA) where she travels to various high school and college dance camps throughout the country as a Head Instructor as well as working Dance Nationals and Dance Worlds at the ESPN Center at Disney World. She is an award-winning choreographer and has choreographed for high school and college dance teams, competitive soloists and teams, pageant soloists, musical productions, flag corps and show choir groups. Jenna is in her fifth year as the Head Coach for the Sioux City West High School Dance Team, and in her fourth year coaching the 5678! Senior All-Star World's Team.

JESSICA RUSSELL

Jessica is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Speech Pathology and Audiology.

She is a recent graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, where she obtained a Master’s of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis. Jessica was a four-year member, game-day routine choreographer, and senior captain of the West Virginia University Dance Team. Jessica was also the assistant coach of the West Virginia University Dance Team for two years. She has been an NDA staff member for nine years. Through her time with NDA, Jessica has worked camps for both high school and collegiate dancers, as well as being a part of Core Staff during the event season. She currently works as a coach and choreographer for the Our Lady of Good Counsel Pom and Dance Team in Olney, MD.

Marisa Martin became the second head coach for Texas Woman's University on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.

Martin graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Dance. While attending Texas Tech, Martin competed on the Texas Tech Pom Squad and helped lead the team to four NDA National Championships. Martin has also worked on the National Dance Alliance Staff since 2017. With NDA, Martin taught and choreographed for high school and college teams at NDA dance camps. She instructed nationally ranked collegiate dance teams and mentored dancers. More specifically, Martin boasts expertise in choreographing and instructing pom, jazz, hip-hop and contemporary. Since 2019, Martin has served as a Varsity EnVision Choreographer, traveling around the country to create award-winning routines for high school and collegiate dance programs.

Morgan is a dance educator and choreographer based out of Lawrence, KS.

She began studying dance at a young age, and has a strong background in jazz technique, modern technique, and hip hop technique. Morgan is currently in the process of obtaining her B.F.A. from the University of Kansas. She has also been a dance educator for 6 years, working with all ages across various studios in the mid-west. In the past 4 years she has choreographed for studio competitions, dance team competitions, and concert dance performances. Her contemporary and lyrical choreography has been recognized by judges earning multiple awards and high placements. In addition, for the past two years, her Pom choreography has placed in the top 5 in the 4A category at state competitions. This is her second year with envision, and looks forward to connecting and creating for more teams!

Nia, a Lafayette, Louisiana native whose love for dance ignited at just one year old.

With two decades of performance and five years of teaching under her belt, Nia's journey began at June's Dancers in Lafayette and continued through her high school dance team days, where she competed locally, regionally, and nationally. Her journey reached new heights at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where Nia was a member and captain of the Ragin Jazz Dance Team. Nia's leadership steered her team to an impressive 5th place finish in the fiercely competitive 2024 UDA National Spirit Program Game Day Division. Nia was handpicked to be a UDA Instructor, where she travels across the U.S. teaching choreography and technique to high school and college programs. Back in her hometown, Nia holds the role of head coach for the STARZ dance team at Ovey Comeaux High School, where in just two years, her leadership propelled them to multiple top-ten finishes at the national level, culminating in a stellar 3rd place finish for Small Varsity Spirit Showdown at DTU Nationals in 2024. Beyond her local community, Nia choreographs for multiple programs in the south, with her routines consistently earning accolades, including top-five placements regionally and top-three rankings nationally.

Sammy Shay is a Colorado Native and grew up dancing at Golden High School where they were State Champions.

After high school, she became a UNC Sugar Bear where she spent 4 years dancing on their team and choreographing many game day routines. She also started her journey with NDA where Sammy has worked for 8 summers and is a Head Instructor. She has also been a part of NDA curriculum, and competition choreography by choreographing many competition pieces. She has choreographed in the military, Pom, hip hop, and jazz categories for competition routines. She has spent 6 years as a high school dance team coach so she knows what many coaches are looking for to offer variety. Sammy has spent many years working with many different styles, teams, and levels. As an NDA judge, she is able to offer lots of feedback and areas for growth through teams. After choreographing for NDA, professional teams, and many different high school and college teams, she has a diverse background to offer your choreography.

VICTORIA MITHEN

Victoria Mithen is a dancer, teacher, and choreographer from Michigan.

She completed the CLI Conservatory program in 2023 after graduating summa cum laude with a B.A. in both dance and psychology. Victoria began her teaching career at the age of 16 and discovered her passion for sharing her love of dance with others and supporting their growth. She has taught classes in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, pointe, modern, Pom, hip hop, and improvisation to dancers of all ages at multiple studios throughout the country. Victoria is both an instructor for National Dance Alliance and a choreographer for Varsity Spirit, working across the country with high school and collegiate dance teams. In addition to teaching, Victoria is an innovative choreographer who creates unique routines that highlight artistry, musicality, and technique. Victoria now resides in NYC where she trains at the professional level. She is also signed with Lime Onstage and plans to pursue a career in dance performance and choreography.

ABBEY WERNER

ABBEY WERNER

Abbey Werner is from the metro Detroit area, and she started her dance career at the age of 3 and started competing competitively at age 7.

She attended Big City Dance Center where she trained and competed in all styles for 14 years, she won many national titles with their competition team. She also attended Milford High School where she helped start their first Varsity Dance Team and was the captain for 2 years. Throughout high school, Abbey also trained under Hollywood Connection and was an assistant for the convention. She is currently a sophomore at Chapman University studying to get her BA in dance and a minor in entrepreneurship.

Abbey is currently training heavily in ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop, heels, and more. She is a member of the heels performance team Stilettos and has been a part of many faculty productions and student based performances. Abbey began to choreograph her senior year of high school and has placed in the top 3 state and regional competitions with her choreography. She specializes in jazz, hip hop, and pom. Abbey spends her summers as a UDA staff member, along with teaching classes in her home state. Abbey is excited to pursue a professional dance career in the commercial side of LA as well as continue to choreograph once graduating from Chapman.

ALEXIS GERGELY

Alexis is a Long Island New York native, who grew up training with the best of the best in New York City.

In 2015 she took her training to Broadway Dance Center and trained in their Children and Teens Program. She also traveled and performed with their Arts in Motion Company until graduating high school in 2019. She was selected to tour with the prestigious Artists Simply Human Dance Convention for their 2018-2019 season as a member of ASH The Company. With ASH The Company she traveled throughout the country performing and taking classes under their esteemed faculty. She was a member and performer in well-known East Coast based dance companies, AbstraKT Beings under the direction of Theresa Stone and Catastrophe!(too) under the direction of Cat Cogliandro. Alexis then went on to dance at the collegiate level with the Rutgers University Division 1A Dance Team. She spent all four years competing at Universal Dance Association with the program and was named captain her senior year. In 2021, she began assisting the RU Dance Team coaches with the Rutgers Junior Spirit Team and has continued to do so since graduating. Currently, Alexis is a on staff with UDA as well as a member of the Varsity Spirit Apprenticeship.

ANNA YIM

Anna Yim is a student at the Piarsmons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Strategic Design and Management.

She is from Houston, Texas where she was on the St. Agnes Academy Tiger Girls Elite Dance Team. Anna is on Staff for the National Dance Alliance (NDA), where she travels across the country to teach and choreograph in styles ranging from jazz, hip hop, pom, kick, lyrical/contemporary, and drill team. She currently teaches hip-hop to dancers of all ages at The Dance Space New York. Additionally, she has instructed a street jazz/hip-hop master class alongside the New York University Dance Team. Anna has choreographed for the National Dance Alliance's Summer Curriculum plus high school regional and national pom/jazz routines. She is passionate about cultivating a supportive, high energy environment in her classes and showing her ecstatic energy through her routines!

LAUREN BROUSSARD

Lauren Broussard, a proud Lafayette, Louisiana native, whos dance journey commenced 15 years ago. She thrives on sharing her love for dance.

Dance has given Lauren the experience of studio, high school and college dance. She currently attends the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she is studying Interior Design. While at UL, she was apart of the Ragin Jazz Dance Team for 2 years. She teaches at her home studio, Dance Graphics where she works with both reactional and competitive dancers. As a UDA instructor, Lauren's summers are dedicated to spreading dance knowledge. She also teaches pop-up classes and privates back home. MEGAN BROOMFIELD

Megan Broomfield is a current Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Duke University School of Medicine and a veteran UDA head instructor.

She was a member of the 2022 ICU World Champion Premier Pom team and NDA national champion Iowa State University dance team. Megan is a current NASM Certified Personal Trainer and served as a Workout Captain for the ISU Dance Team during her time on the team. She also is a four-time Missouri State High School Dance Team state champion. She studies and teaches multiple styles of dance, and has attended prestigious programs such as the Radio City Rockettes Summer Intensive and the Joffrey Ballet School Summer Intensive. Megan graduated from Iowa State with a degree in Kinesiology and Health and continues to judge competitions, teach dance, and choreograph routines for studios and high school dance teams while studying to become a physical therapist specializing in working with dancers.

REESE POHLE

Reese Pohle is originally from Paducah, KY where she started choreographing for her high school dance team.

Through choreographing for them they were awarded the ``Innovative Choreography`` award at NDA camp in 2022. She now lives in New York City where she is obtaining her BFA in dance with a concentration in choreography and jazz along with her business minor at Marymount Manhattan College. She has the opportunity to choreograph pom and lyrical routines for the NDA summer curriculum in 2023 and 2024. She is also a third-year NDA instructor.

Victoria Smith currently resides in St. Louis, MO where she recently completed her Masters Degree in Business Administration at Southeast Missouri State University, While at SEMO, she was also apart of the dance team for 4 years. She is now a professional NHL Cheerleader for St. Louis Blues! During her summers, Victoria is a UDA Instructor and loves getting the opportunity to work with teams across the country! She is passionate about choreography and looking forward to continuing her work with more teams.

VIVIAN VO

VIVIAN VO

Vivian is a native of Ontario, California. She has trained in various styles such as Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Pom, and Hip Hop while exploring her creative movement.

Vivian was a part of the Alta Loma High School's nationally ranked varsity dance team and served as head captain her senior year. She is currently studying at California State University, Long Beach, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Political Science. Vivian joined the United Spirit Association family and has instructed many campers in multiple styles. Additionally, she serves as a legality judge for USA song/pom and dance competitions. She teaches for local studios around her hometown and college town. Vivian is continuing her dance journey in the Long Beach/Orange County area and exercising her choreographic skills.
