Championship Forms: All physical forms must be brought to the registration desk in Orlando when you arrive at the championship.

Required physical forms:

  • Proof of Music Licensing
  • Proof of USA Cheer or Dance Coach Membership

📘 USA Cheer and Dance Coach Membership Requirements

Important Reminder: Anyone associated with a team (coach, choreographer, support personnel, etc.) wishing to obtain access to the warmup area, backstage area or coaches box must show proof of USA Cheer Membership at event check in.

Package Upgrades:

If you would like to extend your stay, be sure to include the appropriate check-in and check-out dates on your rooming list.  If you want, you may upgrade the Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket that is included in your package. This can be noted in the “ADD ON” step of the registration process. Extending your stay does not automatically extend the number of days on your park hopper pass.   Any extra tickets for family members must be purchased through the “Discounted Park Tickets” link on the main registration page.

Upgrade Pricing:

  • 2-Day to 3-Day: $50
  • 2-Day to 4-Day: $160
  • 2-Day to 5-Day: $220
  • 3-Day to 4-Day: $110
  • 3-Day to 5-Day: $170

🏰 Walt Disney World® Ticket Information

Walt Disney World requires “Park Reservations” made in advance to attend the theme parks.  We strongly recommend that all friends and family (spectators) register on a separate invoice from the team.

  • Anyone included on your invoice will be part of your “ticket order, Ticket orders will be placed when your invoice is paid in full.
  • Once the order is placed, you will receive a ticket confirmation number for each person depending on their package or upgrade.  Ticket confirmations will start going out mid November, 2024.
  • Information on how to obtain your park reservations will be sent with your ticket confirmation email.

No Changes after ticket orders have been placed and ticket order numbers have been distributed.  Any upgrades must be requested before paying your invoice in full. Each person is assigned a ticket number, please make sure they are distributed accordingly.

Please note that parks may reach capacity so be sure to get your payment in early!

🦺 Safety Champions

Each team will need to designate one person (other than the head coach) to be your Safety Champion. This person will need to be confirmed upon registration, over 18 years of age and willing to participate in additional safety training prior to Championship.

  • Each team/squad needs a separate Safety Champion (ex: If you bring a cheer and dance team, you need two different individuals.)

Discounted Park Tickets and Event Extras

We are excited to offer discounted Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets! These are available for family or friends not purchasing one of the hotel travel packages. This theme park ticket includes access to all 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks in addition to 5 days of admission to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

  • 2 Day: $469 ($550 value)
  • 3 Day: $519 ($725 value)
  • 4 Day: $629 ($865 value)
  • 5 Day: $689 ($935 value)
