Spirit Videos Due December 15, 2025, by 5:00pm CST. Please fill out the form below to submit your spirit video for the UCA & UDA College Cheerleading and Dance Team National Championship. To view Rules and Scoring, CLICK HERE.

Video Submission Reminders: 

  • Your file name must be spelled out correctly with the full School Name the way you would like it to be displayed. Please do not use abbreviations.
  • Failure to submit your Spirit Video will result in a one-point deduction for each performance.
  • The limit is a minimum of 30 seconds with a maximum of 45 seconds. Please provide at least five different examples.
