*When making flight reservations we suggest arriving at Coronado Springs Resort no later than 3:30 PM on Tuesday, November 25. If flying, we recommend you land at Orlando International Airport (MCO) by 2:00 PM. You may fly back anytime on Monday November 28th after 12:00 PM.
PLEASE NOTE: Travel arrangements to Orlando and airport transfers are NOT INCLUDED in the cost of the performance package.

TOUR COST, RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS: The total number accepted for the tour is limited. Completed reservation application and $200.00 (non-refundable) per person deposit MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE VARSITY SPIRIT LLC OFFICE on or before the dates listed below: (This deposit is credited towards your total cost.)
HOW DOES PRICING WORK? Pricing is per person based on the total number of people in the room regardless if they are a participant or a spectator. For example, 3 participants and one spectator would be the quad rate per person. The participants would each pay the participant quad rate and the spectator would be the quad spectator price. All prices listed are per person.

Trips may sell out prior to deadlines. Registrations are taken on a first come, first served basis with deposits. After September 15, please call the Varsity Spirit LLC office for availability at 800-238-0286 (option 2) for availability.
Cancellations on or before October 15, 2025 will receive a full refund except the $200 deposit. For cancellations between October 16, 2025 and October 21, 2025 an additional $100 per person penalty will apply. After October 22, 2025, there will be no refunds.
Tour packages include unlimited admission into Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park for multiple days. Park Reservations must be made for each day.
EXTRA NIGHTS: A limited number of rooms are available for Monday, November 25 or Friday, November 30 for an additional fee of $160. Please indicate if you wish to purchase an extra night. Early onsite registration will be available for those purchasing the extra nights beginning Monday, November 24. Adding an extra night DOES NOT automatically upgrade your Park Hopper®.
TICKET UPGRADE: You may upgrade your 3-day Park Hopper® to a 4-day Park Hopper® day or a 4-day Park Hopper® to 5-day Park Hopper®. Please indicate on your rooming list if you wish to do this.

IMPORTANT: If final payment is not received on or before October 15, 2025 and special written arrangements are not made and approved with Varsity Spirit LLC, you will automatically be removed from the tour, which will result in a complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
CHAPERONES: EACH All-American MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE ADULT CHAPERONE assigned that is registered on the tour and listed on the rooming list submitted with payment. However, if there is more than one All-American attending from your school, you may have one chaperone for up to three All-Americans. Adult Chaperones must be 21 years of age or older. Varsity Spirit LLC is not responsible for chaperoning the All-American.

Airfair from your hometown to Orlando is not included in the cost of the trip and will be the responsibilty of the attendee.
Walt Disney World no longer operates the Disney Magic Express. Attendees will be responsible for thier roundtrip transportation from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the resorts. We have partnered with MEARS to provide a guest discount off of transportation to and from the airport!

To help manage park capacity, the Walt Disney World Resort has introduced the Disney Park Pass service, a new Theme Park reservation system. In order to make your Theme Park reservations, you will need a My Disney Experiences account and valid Theme Park admission linked to it. Varsity Spirit will send you a ticket confrimation number in late August for all customers paid in full. Then, simply create a My Disney Experience account and select the dates and Theme Parks you wish to visit. To enter a Theme Park, both a reservation and valid admission for the same Park on the same dateare required. Please note that reservations are limited in capacity, subject to availablity and are not guaranteed until confirmed. If the first park you would like to attend reaches capacity, you can make a reservation for another park and then “hop” to your choice after 2PM that day. Park availabilty is very limited and Varisty Spirit will not be able to assist with park reservations.
For those spectators and participants on our hotel travel package and those who purchased a Walt Disney World Park Hopper pass from Varsity Spirit, a park reservation for Magic Kingdom will be pre-loaded on to your ticket for the day of your All-Americab’s performance.
IMPORTANT NOTE WHEN PURCHASING THEME PARK TICKETS: The reselling or the transferring of theme park tickets in the state of Florida is a crime as described under Florida state laws; Florida Statutes s. 817.361 and Florida Statutes s. 817.36
Park Reservation How-To Resources:
*Please note that NO changes/upgrades are possible after ticket orders have been placed. And remember, no Disney Park Hopper tickets will be sold on site during registration this year.
Q: How much spending money should I bring with me? A: That’s up to you. You will only need money for meals not included in the package and miscellaneous items such as snacks and souvenirs.
Q: How many staff members will there be on the trip? A: Varsity will have one staff for approximately every 35 performers.
Q: How often will I receive updates? A: We try to communicate regularly with all attendees. Most of the communication will come through email or our BAND group.
Q: My coach is coming to Florida as a spectator. Can he/she attend practice? Can my parents? A: In order to eliminate all distractions our rehearsal is closed to all spectators. This will hopefully allow us to streamline practices which in turn should allow for more time in the parks!
Q: What happens if I get injured or become ill during the event? A: We will have first aid staff on duty throughout the event. Additional medical treatment is at the expense of the participant.
