The Energizers sure made a statement today at the 2018 UDA National Dance Team Championship! This unique team competed in the Senior Pom – Small A Division and brought it all to the floor debuting their talent for the first time ever at UDA Nationals.

This stoplight themed routine is extremely unique in the fact that it is full of surprises. With an already amazing use of floor and formations, these girls also add multiple surprise elements that truly wow the crowd. This includes an fun switch of colored poms between the girls that then turns into the use of three colors of poms when it originally started with two. Coach Sheila Trost who has been coaching this team for 25 years tells us,

“It’s truly the moments, the pictures that keep the audience engaged and hopefully inspired,” she adds, “I think the thing that they really get, and people think is crazy, is that these girls are extremely disciplined and fully embrace the concept of ‘being your best’ every time they compete.”

Coach Trost and the team stay all together in a house the night before nationals where her and the girls envision what goals they want to accomplish in the day ahead as well as being able to create even more amazing memories!

This routine is truly a stop and go show with so many wow factors, excitement, and quite literally a stoplight themed routine! There's no stopping this determined team as they hope to go all the way to the top in this year’s championship!
