Everything You Need To Know About The League By Varsity All Star

The League is the official point system for the sport of All Star cheerleading, changing the conversation from “Who won the weekend?” to “Who is at the top this season?” 

Teams will be ranked in their age group, both regionally and nationally, based on the points they earn throughout the regular season. Fans will be able to follow along on The League Leaderboard for weekly updates on team standings and check out bi-weekly shows on Varsity TV starting later this year. In the end, 120 winners will receive prizes!

What is The League?

“League” is defined as a group of sports clubs that play each other over a period for a championship. The League by Varsity All Star embodies this definition as a series of regular-season events that will add up to crown overall season champions across all levels and age groups.

• The League is a season-long points race that emphasizes the importance of competitions throughout the regular season
• The League includes avenues for Youth, Junior & Senior teams
• Each event will be assigned points based on the size of the competition
• Team points are earned by placements at U.S events
