One Up Grand Nationals 2026: What To Know About The Music City Showdown

Who's ready to dust off the cowboy boots & cowboy hats?! We're ready to giddy on up over to One Up Grand Nationals in Nashville, Tennessee for one of the final Grand National events of the season! This competition is set to bring an incredible lineup to the stage making this a must-watch weekend. So much is on the line including some of the final 600 points to the Varsity Cheer League, some of the final bids to The Cheerleading Worlds, The Summit, and the D2 Summit, and one of the last chances to see these teams perform before the end-of-season events. 2026 One Up Grand Nationals: What To Look Out For

Level 6 Divisions:

77 Worlds-level teams are set to take on one of the last Grand Nationals of the season. Teams from just about every corner of the United States will compete one more time before heading to The Cheerleading Worlds! Be sure to check the schedule and circle your favorite teams to tune in for, but for now, here's a list of divisions we're eager to see: 

The Last L6 Senior Large Showdown:

The Stingray All Stars Orange has been on a roll this season! The Orange Rays are undefeated this year with huge wins at events like The MAJORS, CHEERSPORT Nationals, and NCA All-Star Nationals. Will Orange maintain their winning streak at the last competition before taking on The Cheerleading Worlds? This weekend's L6 Senior Large lineup will feature Central Jersey All Stars Bombshells, Cheer Extreme Senior Elite, The Stingray Allstars Orange, and Woodlands Elite Generals. 

Limited Extra Small Coed Set To Feature 12 Teams: 

The L6 Limited Extra Small Coed division is looking to be a highly competitive one with 12 teams taking the stage! The reigning World Champions Maine Stars Glory have continued their momentum this year with an undefeated run so far. Some of their exciting wins include CHEERSPORT Nationals & NCA All-Star Nationals. Can Glory hold onto their winning streak as they head to Worlds to defend their World Champion title? The Lucky 7 Take The Stage in L6 Senior XSmall Coed:

The L6 Senior XSmall Coed will feature seven teams in action this weekend. This division has been highly competitive all season with Brandon All-Stars Fire taking the win at CHEERSPORT, and CJA Team Gunz bringing home their first-ever win at NCA All-Star and The MAJORS. This weekend will be another opportunity for many of the heavy-hitters to compete against each other. GymTyme IL Fever will look to claim a National Champion title before they look to defend their World Champion title next month.  Here's the L6 Senior XSmall Coed lineup:

10 Teams In Action for L6 U18 NT Coed: 

The L6 U18 Non-Tumbling Coed division has been a must-watch division all season. The way these athletes can perform a routine full of insanely difficult & visual stunts is quite impressive! This is another division that has featured some different winners all season. Cheer Extreme COEX brought home the win at CHEERSPORT Nationals and UCA All Star Nationals. Prodigy All Stars Twilight took the win at NCA All-Star Nationals. We're eager to see who will bring home the win at one of the final events before the postseason. Here's the weekend lineup:

L4 Senior Coed – Medium: 

The L4 Senior Coed – Medium division is guaranteed to deliver an amazing show this weekend! California Pride Drought is set to travel from the West Coast to the Music City this weekend. The reigning L4 Senior – Medium Summit Champions have had a solid year in the coed division, with great wins at Spirit Sports Grand Nationals and NCA All-Star Nationals. The California All Stars Illusion have a great routine that has consistently been scoring 98s all season.  Here's a look at who you can see in action this weekend:

L3 Junior – D2 – Small: 

Golden Elite Golden Gunz has some great momentum heading into the weekend after they just scored a 98.4375 at USA All Star Super Nationals. JPAC Radiance has also been killing it as a program all season long. It'll be great to watch these solid programs all compete against one another.

L6 Junior Head-to-Head Battles: 

It's incredible to think about the skills these L6 Junior athletes are already performing at such a young age! The future of All Star cheer is so bright with these athletes. Be sure to watch them shine this weekend. In L6 Junior – Large, The Stingray All Stars Green brought home the win at JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals, CHEERSPORT, and NCA All-Star. They will look to continue their win streak heading into The Summit 2026. They're also looking to make a big jump in the D1 Junior – Southeast Standings of the Varsity Cheer League.

JPAC Radiance has been killing it all season long as a program! They have eight teams that are competing at One Up Grand Nationals. This is a great program to add to your list that will be fun to watch before they head to The D2 Summit.

Beauty, grace, showmanship, and some upbeat hip hop action will take the stage all weekend long in the Davidson Hall at One Up Grand Nationals.
