The U.S. National Team is home to America's top female athletes in the prime of their cheerleading career.

The team has gone undefeated in the Premier All Girl division for the past nine years at the ICU World Cheerleading Championship but with cheer growing so rapidly around the world, the competition is getting tough.

In this 3-part Varsity TV documentary, follow USA All Girl through the selection process, training and on their journey to the 2018 ICU World Cheerleading Championships.

We caught up with the U.S. National All Girl team at the selection process months before the ICU World Cheerleading Championships as they met each other for the first time as individuals in the hopes of becoming one team.

Episode 1 follows the aspiring athletes through the selection process at the ESPN Wide World Of Sports in Orlando, FL.

Going For Gold: Season 3 (Episode 2)

The selection process is over and the roster has been set. 

In Episode 2, The U.S National Team heads to Lakepoint, Georgia to begin training. The team has 9 days to create, build a perfect their routine before heading to the ICU World Cheerleading Championships in Orlando, FL.

It all comes down to this. Training is over and the stage is set.

The U.S. National teams make their way to Orlando, FL to put their hard work to the test at the ICU World Cheerleading Championships.
