Get Ready For The DI National High School Cheerleading Championship!

Next weekend, Orlando, Florida becomes the center of the cheer world as thousands of athletes from across the nation arrive February 6–8 for the DI National High School Cheerleading Championship. After months of preparation teams are ready to hit the floor and deliver routines packed with skill, passion, and elite-level talent. In order to compete at this event, teams needed to qualify from a regional event. The road to get here was long so dive in to what teams you need to be looking out for over the weekend:

2026 DI National High School Cheerleading Championship: The Classic Powerhouses

Live Oak High School:

The resume of Live Oak High School adds year by year & these ladies are returning to the Large Varsity division after a year in the Super Large division. The pressure is on as they go for their 10th consecutive title at this championship. After coming off a regional win, the momentum is high. You can expect the highest level skills & clean execution from these ladies.

Ravenwood High School:

The reigning Medium Varsity Champions & representing Team USA Junior All Girl. You can expect elite team tumbling, extended stretch full arounds & even elite two-mans. These ladies are veterans to the pressure & competing but will it be enough to win there second consecutive title?

Blackman High School:

Chasing their 12th consecutive title, Blackman High School returns to the Small Varsity Coed division with confidence and momentum. Known for their innovation and precision, expect highly creative transitions, dynamic pyramids, and a performance packed with energy and championship-level execution.

Hudson High School:

In the Large Varsity Coed division, Hudson High School enters the floor as the reigning champions. Continuously elevating their talent year after year, this season brings the opportunity to witness an elite full-twisting pyramid in their routine. Fresh off a state championship victory, Hudson looks more than ready to showcase their skills and defend their title with confidence and power.
