Your Complete Registration Guide for the 2025–2026 Varsity All Star Season

The 2025-2026 Competition Season Is Almost Here!

Whether you’re a seasoned program director or a first-time registrant, early preparation is the key to securing your spots and enjoying a seamless experience. Here’s everything you need to know to get ahead of the game.

✅ Pre-Registration To-Do List

• Build Your 2025–2026 Teams in MyVarsity – Log in to your MyVarsity account, hover over your name in the top-right corner, and click “Competition Teams” to start building your teams ahead of time.
• Mark Old Teams (& Solos/Duos/Trios) as Inactive – While in “Competition Teams,” check the box next to teams you’re not bringing back to mark them inactive and streamline your dashboard.
• Check Your DI/DII Status (If Applicable) – Only elite athletes count toward DI/DII designation. If updates are needed, contact your Sales & Experience Advisor before registration opens.
• Renew Your USASF and/or USA Cheer Membership – Stay ahead by completing your USASF/USA Cheer Membership renewal early. This ensures a smooth process when registering for events.
• Complete Safeguarding (Non-U.S. Only) – All safeguarding documents must be valid within one year of the event(s) in which you are attending. For more information about safeguarding, click here.

Registration for Grand Nationals and Super Nationals will open separately to take the stress out of opening day!

• August 12 – Varsity All Star Registration Opens for Challenge, Classic, Showdown, and Nationals events
• August 14 – Varsity All Star Registration Opens for Grand Nationals events
• August 18 – JAMfest Cheer & Dance Super Nationals
• August 19 – CHEERSPORT Nationals
• August 20 – Coastal at the Capitol Super Nationals
• August 21 – NCA All-Star Nationals & NDA All-Star Nationals
• August 22 – USA All Star Super Nationals
