The 2020 UCA Pocono Virtual Regional goes live on Varsity TV this Sunday at 9 AM CT and we can't wait to watch all the talented northeast teams debut their new routines.

In the game day divisions, spirited high school, junior high, and rec teams will perform skills and traditions that they do every week back home on the sideline for game day.
