Get to know Amber Koster, Director of All Star Experience in the Midwest Region!

What is your favorite thing about your job?

I love getting to think outside the box!

When did you first get in to the all star cheer and dance community?

All Star cheer wasn’t an opportunity for me as a kid, but I wish it had been!  I was first exposed to All Star in college & was coaching by the end of the year!

Who is your hero and why?

My heroes are anyone that can be hit with adversity and come out smarter and stronger on the other side.

If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would you do?

Roller coasters… all of them… all day long!

What is one thing that motivates you the most?

Work hard to play hard!

What are your hobbies?

I love to read and watch crime documentaries.

What is one piece of advice you would have for your younger self?

Don’t spend more than 5 minutes worrying, crying, or stressing over something that won’t matter in 5 years.
