Testimonials from Camp

"'Attending NCA camp at Bryn Mawr truly changes my season and program and I am forever thankful for it. Switching schools 2 years ago and taking over a program is not an easy thing and I knew that my team would need something to bond us together and start us off on the right foot. NCA Camp at Bryn Mawr did EXACTLY that and so much more. It brought all 5 grade levels on my team together in a bonded fashion.  Months after camp I would still find them reminiscing about funny things that happened or memories they created those four days together. They cleaned up basic skills, learned more advanced skills and ultimately learned how to be teammates to each other.  The bond we form with our buddy carries through the entire year and behind. They ask me after we run a full out or after a competition if I think our buddy would be proud and my answer truly matters to them. From a coaching standpoint we leave camp with enough game material that I am able to focus on competition choreography from the moment we get home. I cannot imagine starting my season out anywhere besides NCA Camp at Bryn Mawr.'" Coach JenaStarpoint High School
"'We had a lot of questions as newbies to NCA camp and everybody was so helpful and welcoming! This camp was fun! Our buddy was excellent and we loved learning new skills and material! The facilities are also great. We enjoyed our first time at NCA camp very much!'" Coach JoannDanbury High School
"'There are a number of reasons why I choose to kick off my season with NCA at Bryn Mawr. The staff alone at Bryn Mawr are welcoming and beyond accommodating! They make you feel right at home. Another reason why we come back each year is because of the NCA Staff. They teach my kids so much but most importantly connect with them and help them find confidence as an athlete and then as a team and program! They make it a point to know they names by the end of day 1, and just a little detail like that leaves a lasting impression on high school athletes! One of my favorite parts of camp is watching the athletes bond with the buddy and other teams that attend camp. We  will of course come back next year simply because of the bond that we share with NCA staff and Bryn Mawr staff!'" Coach NicoleHendrick Hudson High School
"'As a newer High School coach, Bryn Mawr is EXACTLY what our program needs each season. I took 50 athletes and each one was crying because they didn't want to leave by Day 3. The NCA Staff is professional, knowledgeable and energetic. Learning from so many different coaching styles is extremely helpful, too. Bryn Mawr always kicks off our season in a positive and productive way. Staying in the cabins as a program brings us together as a family, and there is a wide variety of food options to choose from. The Head Instructors are INCREDIBLE and really break down stunts effectively. We LOVE NCA!'" Coach SarahPennsbury High School
"'We have met some amazing individuals through NCA staff. It is so apparent from the beginning they care genuinely for the kids and their success. They pull out the best in these kids in just four short days it’s an incredible process to see. I always say a coach can say something for weeks but someone in red white and blue says it at camp and automatically the kids fix it! Their bond begins from the minute the team finds out who they have day 1. The next three days they try so hard to impress and seek approval from some of the best cheerleaders they will ever see in person. They look up to their talents, their knowledge, and their ways of encouragement day in and day out.'" Coach JustinaHamburg High School
