Why do you love working for NCA? I love working for NCA because of the impact that I can make on the campers. The best feeling in the world is seeing a team hit a stunt that they’ve been working so hard to hit, and knowing that I helped them achieve it. I love how camp is such a fun environment to learn and grow not only as a cheerleader, but also as a person. I’ve also met some of my best friends through NCA and have had opportunities in my professional life that I would not have had without this job. I am so thankful for NCA and the people I met through it!
Outside of NCA: I am currently getting my doctorate in physical therapy at Rockhurst University and also coach cheer at Rockhurst, so that takes up most of my time! When I’m not studying or coaching, I love to exercise, cook, hang out with my family and friends, and watch my sweet sister cheer on the sidelines of K-State football.

Why do you love working for NCA? Simply put, NCA has taken this country bumpkin above and beyond my comfort zones and has opened my world up to life changing development, experiences, people, and is one of few careers that can grow with you! Through NCA, I’ve worked in 12 different states, had the experience of a lifetime performing in the Disney Christmas parade, and instructing an overseas camp in Iwakuni, Japan, my first time to leave the states ever! I was afraid that not cheering in college was going to be the end of my cheer career and adventures but I couldn’t have been more wrong, and I’m so happy I was! Aside from the travel, the people are why I keep coming back every summer, my body has grown old but with opportunities to be in charge of the camps and working events, meeting my man of honor on staff, and my bridesmaids on that staffed from another state, speaks volumes about the relationships you make in this job. I have felt nothing but blessed to be a part of NCA and just want to keep giving the same experiences I have had to my fellow staffers, and to all of our athletes and coaches that attend our camps and competitions!
Outside of NCA: I'm a realtor in Northwest Arkansas and married to my husband of 5 years with our 2 fur babies! I also have an Etsy shop where I make Mickey ears that people wear to the Disney parks, Disney adult forever!

Every member on a team has an important role. I love to help showcase athlete’s strengths, while giving encouragement to help them grow stronger in their weaknesses. I hope to make others fall in love with cheerleading the way that I did, because it can truly change your life and open doors you may have never expected. This job has shown me that you can do ANYTHING if you believe in yourself and put in the work!
