3) An athlete may compete on a maximum of two Novice/Prep teams.

All Star Elite – standard USASF policy in addition to the below restrictions.

  • Exception: L5 and L6 may crossover to each other
  • Exception: L4.2 may crossover to L2, L3, and L4

2) Athletes competing in a Club division may crossover to an International division if that division is the same level, one level up, or one level down (ex: L2 may crossover to L1, L2, or L3).

  • Exception: L4 and L6 may crossover to each other
  • Exception: L6 Non-Tumbling may also crossover to L4.2

3) Athletes competing in an International division may not crossover to another International division.

5) An athlete may compete on a maximum of three teams, but no more than two Club teams and/or one International team.

  • Exception: Athletes competing on teams from outside the USA may compete in more than one International division

2027 Level Eligibility Policy

All teams must compete in their legitimate level. Teams that move to a lower level for NCA Nationals are allowed to do so, provided they compete in their new level in at least two different USASF competitions just prior to NCA Nationals and do not return to their higher level for the rest of the 26-27 season.  Teams who violate NCA’s Level Eligibility policy will be disqualified.

2027 Flex Eligibility Policy

Teams that compete in a Flex division at NCA Nationals are allowed to do so provided they compete in that same Flex division in at least two different USASF competitions just prior to NCA Nationals.  Teams who violate NCA’s Flex Eligibility policy will be disqualified.

TEAMS FROM OUTSIDE THE USA

Teams from Outside the USA are still invited to register and attend NCA All-Star Nationals, but “Non-US” divisions will not be offered in 2027 with the exception of the Level 7 IASF Divisions.

The only “Non-US” divisions offered at NCA All-Star Nationals will be the L7 IASF divisions included below.  Teams from IASF L7 divisions and USASF L7 divisions may be combined for the sake of competition (similar to the USASF Worlds Championship).

A complete list of divisions offered at NCA are included on USASF’s Age Grid.  Since space is limited, travel should never be booked until your registration is confirmed.

Additional IASF L7 divisions offered:

  • IASF Open L7
  • IASF Open Small L7 Coed
  • IASF Open Large L7 Coed
  • IASF Open L7.0
  • IASF Open L7.0 Coed

*Varsity will offer “Non-US” divisions at other events.  For more information, email MAndrews@varsity.com.
