Airport Transfers

Event Shuttle
Shuttles run April 8–11, 2026, between venues and partner hotels every 30–60 minutes (traffic dependent).

On-Site Registration Information

Coach Check-In Info

One representative per team must check in before competition at the Hilton Grand Ballroom (Hilton South Tower). All required forms must be submitted, and credentials will be counted and signed at check-in.

Dates & Times:

  • Tues, April 7: 5:00–8:00 PM
  • Wed, April 8: 8:00 AM–9:15 PM
  • Thurs, April 9: 7:00 AM (Ocean Center main lobby, Event Info)

Note: Practice is not allowed until registration is complete and a practice pass is received.
