Outfits for Crazy Night: Magic is in the air at this year’s Spirit Night! Cast a spell with your team and dress to impress. Some theme night outfit examples could be – magicians, witches, wizards or anything that conjures up a spark! The UDA Staff will take you through a spellbinding night filled with team building activities to increase motivation, promote cooperation and make memories!

WHAT’S NEW IN 2023:

  • Crazy Night: The UDA Staff will take you through a spellbinding night filled with team building activities to increase motivation, promote cooperation and make memories. Some theme night outfit examples could be – magicians, witches, wizards or anything that conjures up a spark!
  • Game Day SZN: In 2022, this class was updated to offer four different sideline routines for teams to take home. Game Day SZN will still have those for styles Pom, Jazz, Hip Hop, Stand and NEW this year we are going to match our music with UCA so that cheer and dance teams will be able to collaborate on the sidelines at home!
  • Link Up Seminars: Formerly known as #Squadgoals, these are educational classes to help athletes on and off the performance floor.
  • Tech Connect: NEW technique class where coaches can send athletes to a 30-minute station to work on a specific skill. Athletes get to spend the first half of the class working on drills to help build the foundations to execute the skills. The second half will focus on connecting the skill with choreography.
