Required Event Forms

When registering, by accepting the “Terms and Conditions” for the event, you are agreeing to adhere to the competition rules.  Please see the “Rules and Regulations” button to review.

Championship Forms must be brought to the registration desk in Orlando by the person checking in the team.

USA Cheer Membership Requirements

Important Reminder College, High School (Cheer and Dance) and Recreational: Anyone associated with a team (coach, choreographer, support personnel, etc.) wishing to obtain access to the warmup area, backstage area or coaches’ box must show proof of USA Cheer Membership at event check in. Package Upgrades and Ticket Information

Package Upgrades:

You may upgrade the ticket that is included in your package for the rates below. This can be noted in the “ADD ON” step of the registration process.  Any extra tickets for family members must be purchased through the “Discounted Tickets” link on the main registration page.

  • For 3 Night and 4 Night Packages:  $70 (3 Day to 4 Day), $133 (3 Day to 5 Day)
  • For 2 Night Packages: $39 (2 Day to 3 Day), $109 (2 Day to 4 Day), $172 (2 Day to 5 Day)

Walt Disney World® Park Reservations:

Walt Disney World requires “Park Reservations” made in advance to attend the theme parks.  We strongly recommend that all friends and family (spectators) register on a separate invoice from the team.

To help manage park capacity, the Walt Disney World Resort has introduced the Disney Park Pass service, a Theme Park reservation system. In order to make your Theme Park reservations, you will need a My Disney Experiences account and valid Theme Park admission linked to it.   Please note that reservations are limited in capacity, subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.  You will not need a reservation to enter ESPN Wide World of Sports for competition, but you must link your ticket to enter the Complex.

Payment and Ticketing Information

Anyone included on your invoice will be part of your “ticket order, Ticket orders will be placed when your invoice is paid in full.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a ticket confirmation number via email for each person depending on their package or upgrade. If paying your registration in full before early November, you may not receive your ticket confirmation email until then.

Information on how to obtain your park reservations will be sent with your ticket confirmation email.

No Changes after ticket orders have been placed and ticket order numbers have been distributed.  Any upgrades must be requested before paying your invoice in full.

Please note that parks may reach capacity so be sure to get your payment in early!

Safety Champion Information

Assign a Safety Champion:

Each team will need to designate one person (other than the head coach) to be your Safety Champion. This person will need to be confirmed upon registration, over 18 years of age and willing to participate in additional safety training prior to Championship. Each team/squad needs a separate Safety Champion (ex: If you bring a JV and Varsity squad, you need two different individuals.) Some of the Safety Champion’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to) ensuring the athletes, coaches and spectators follow all safety guidelines.
