2021 Summer Camps (Updated 5.24.21)

Updated 5.24.21: As of last week, the CDC is now recommending that fully vaccinated people may resume indoor and outdoor activities without wearing a mask, except where required by state or local guidance. Given this updated guidance:

  • Varsity Spirit will no longer require masks for camp staff, attendees or spectators, who have been vaccinated, except where required by state, local or venue/camp location guidelines.
  • We recommend that those who are not vaccinated continue to wear masks. Those who are not vaccinated should wear masks if required by state, local or venue guidelines.
  • Visitor attendance will be reviewed on a location-by-location basis. For home camps, visitors will be allowed if the host school allows.
  • All camp attendees – adults and minors – will be required to sign a COVID-19 Participant Waiver. This is in addition to the standard Participant Release Form. Both waivers should be turned in on site at camp check-in. Click here to download a copy of the COVID-19 Participant Waiver.

Varsity Spirit will continue to monitor the guidance presented by the CDC, local and state authorities and experts, and camps will only take place when we can host them responsibly and safely. All Varsity Spirit camp instructors are required to complete a COVID Safety Training course, where they are educated on the COVID-19 Camp Rules. Prior to camp, instructors are trained on local guidelines applicable to or mandated by the school/organization. Please see below for a list of our 2021 Summer Camp Rules:
