Package Upgrades:

If you would like to extend your stay, be sure to include the appropriate check-in and check-out dates on your rooming list. If you want, you may upgrade the Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket that is included in your package. This can be noted in the “ADD ON” step of the registration process. Extending your stay does not automatically extend the number of days on your park hopper pass. You may also add extra park tickets for family members on this step or they can purchase by selecting the link on the “Discounted Park Tickets” tab.

USASF Membership Information

Important Reminder: Anyone associated with a team (coach, choreographer, support personnel, etc.) wishing to obtain access to the warmup area, backstage area or coaches’ box must show proof of USASF Membership at event check in. To check your USASF membership information, please CLICK HERE.

Walt Disney World® Ticket Information

Walt Disney World requires “Park Reservations” made in advance to attend the theme parks. We strongly recommend that all friends and family (spectators) register on a separate invoice from the team.

Anyone included on your invoice will be part of your “ticket order”. Ticket orders will be placed when your invoice is paid in full.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a ticket confirmation number for each person depending on their package or upgrade. You should receive your ticket confirmation within 3 business days of paying your invoice in full.
Information on how to obtain your park reservations will be sent with your ticket confirmation email.

If changes are made to number of ticket days after ticket confirmations have been distributed, a $25 fee per ticket will be charged. Each person should have a ticket assigned to their name; it is important that each person receives their assigned ticket confirmation.

Safety Champion Information

Assign a Safety Champion:

Each team will need to designate one person (other than the head coach) to be your Safety Champion. This person will need to be confirmed upon registration, over 18 years of age and willing to participate in additional safety training prior to Championship. Each team/squad needs a separate Safety Champion (ex: One individual per team.) Some of the Safety Champion’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to) ensuring the athletes, coaches and spectators follow all safety guidelines.

Discounted Park Tickets and Event Extras

We are excited to offer discounted Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets! These are available for family or friends not purchasing one of the hotel travel packages. This theme park ticket includes access to all 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks in addition to 5 days of admission to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. To purchase tickets, CLICK HERE.

5 Day: $830 ($982 value)

Additional theme park tickets are available for purchase through March 11, 2026. They will not be sold on-site at the event.

Event Extras:

Celebration Party: $60 per person
Meal Vouchers: $20 per meal voucher
Coaches Pass: $110 each.
- These can be purchased by rostered coaches and only includes coaches registration fees & entrance into the ESPN Wide World of Sports. Does not include entrance into the Theme Parks, nor the Celebration Party.
