You may upgrade the ticket that is included in your package for the rates below. This can be noted in the “ADD ON” step of the registration process. Any extra tickets for family members must be purchased through the “Discounted Tickets” section.
Park Hopper Ticket Upgrade Pricing
To help manage park capacity, the Walt Disney World Resort has introduced the Disney Park Pass service, a Theme Park reservation system.
In order to make your Theme Park reservations, you will need a My Disney Experiences account and valid Theme Park admission linked to it.
Once you are paid in full, approximately 7-10 business days later, Varsity Spirit will send you a ticket confirmation order number. Ticket confirmations will start going out min-November 2023.
Then, simply create a My Disney Experience account and select the dates and Theme Parks you wish to visit.
To enter a Theme Park, both a reservation and valid admission for the same Park on the same date are required. Please note that reservations are limited in capacity, subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Park availability is very limited and Varsity Spirit will not be able to assist with park reservations.
IMPORTANT NOTE WHEN PURCHASING THEME PARK TICKETS: The reselling or the transferring of theme park tickets in the state of Florida is a crime as described under Florida state laws; Florida Statutes s. 817.361 and Florida Statutes s. 817.36.
Starting next year, visitors to Walt Disney World will be able to “hop” from park to park with no time restrictions. On Jan. 9, 2024, all-day park hopping access will return allowing any guest with a valid park hopper ticket to freely visit any of its four theme parks at any time during normal operation hours. Guests must still have a theme park reservation for the first park they want to visit. Once they visit that park, they can hop, anytime during the day to another park without a park reservation.
Discounted Park Tickets will not be sold on site at the event. All orders must be placed in advance no later than March 2, 2024 .
Ticket orders will be placed when your invoice is paid in full.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a ticket confirmation number for each person, 7-10 business days after full payment is made. Ticket Confirmations will start going out mid-November. Information on how to obtain your park reservations will be sent with your ticket confirmation email.
Be sure to order the number of days you will need, no changes after ticket confirmation numbers have been distributed. Each person is assigned a ticket number, please make sure they are distributed accordingly.

Transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) is not included in the Hotel Travel Package as the Disney Magical Express is not in operation at this time. Transportation is provided from the hotel to the venue for those on the Hotel Travel Package. Attendees not on the Hotel Travel Package will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the event and may not ride the championship busses.
Mears Connect: You will have the option to book transportation through Mears for a special discounted rate. *Standard Service is suggested.

Southwest Travel Discounts:
You will need your Team’s “Registration Number” in order to proceed. Your coach can provide you with this number, be sure to enter the entire number and no spaces before it, for example: L0010671027
Spectators cannot register as “commuters”, if you do not need hotel reservations, do not register through this link. To purchase Walt Disney Park Tickets ONLY, you will need to go to the ‘Discounted Park Tickets and Event Extras’ tab..
Your coach can provide you with your Team’s 8 digit “Customer number”, for example: 13850600
If your athlete is not registering with the team, you may register them below if they are commuting or if they need hotel reservations. If they need hotel reservations, you will be able to add family members to your reservation when you manage the people you are registering.
