When registering, by accepting the “Terms and Conditions” for the event, you are agreeing to adhere to the competition rules. Please see the “Divisions, Rules, Scoring” tab to view a copy of the rules.

Please note:

The Hotel Travel Package is now sold out for NDTC. Any team wanting to attend can register under the Commuter option. Families and friends can still order tickets through the Discounted Tickets tab.
Coaches and athletes must be listed on the team roster in order to register individually and may select housing OR commuter.
Championship Forms must be brought to the registration desk in Orlando, please see the tab for “Required Forms”.
Important Reminder College, High School (Cheer and Dance) and Recreational: Anyone associated with a team (coach, choreographer, support personnel, etc.) wishing to obtain access to the warmup area, backstage area or coaches box must show proof of USA Cheer Membership at event check in. If you are registering any Spectators, you may select the housing option only. Spectators cannot register as commuters. If a spectator needs to order tickets, direct them to “Discounted Tickets” link on the registration page. You will need to provide them with your team’s customer number located in the top right-hand corner of your invoice.

Package Upgrades:

You may upgrade the ticket that is included in your package for the rates below. This can be noted in the “ADD ON” step of the registration process. Any extra tickets for family members must be purchased through the “Discounted Tickets” link on the main registration page.

For 3 Night and 4 Night Packages: $97 (3 Day to 4 Day), $128 (3 Day to 5 Day)

For Commuters and 2 Night Packages: $37 (2 Day to 3 Day), $134 (2 Day to 4 Day), $165 (2 Day to 5 Day)

Walt Disney World® Park Reservations

Walt Disney World requires “Park Reservations” made in advance to attend the theme parks. We strongly recommend that all friends and family (spectators) register on a separate invoice from the team.

Anyone included on your invoice will be part of your “ticket order, Ticket orders will be placed when your invoice is paid in full.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a ticket confirmation number for each person depending on their package or upgrade. Information on how to obtain your park reservations will be sent with your ticket confirmation email.

No Changes after ticket orders have been placed and ticket order numbers have been distributed. Any upgrades must be requested before paying your invoice in full.

Please note that parks may reach capacity so be sure to get your payment in early!

Assign a Safety Champion:

Each team will need to designate one person (other than the head coach) to be your Safety Champion. This person will need to be confirmed upon registration, over 18 years of age and willing to participate in additional safety training prior to Championship. Each team/squad needs a separate Safety Champion (ex: If you bring a JV and Varsity squad, you need two different individuals.) Some of the Safety Champion’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Ensuring the athletes, coaches and spectators of your team follow the health and safety requirements such as face coverings.

If your son/daughter (athlete) is not registering with the team, you may register them here if they are commuting or if they need hotel reservations. If they need hotel reservations, you will be able to add family members to your reservation when you manage the people you are registering.

Hotel Travel Package / Pricing Information

2022 Hotel Travel Package Pricing

The Moderate option for the travel package is at capacity. At this time, the Value option is still available.

USA Cheer, the organization responsible for reviewing and updating cheerleading safety standards, has developed a comprehensive Dance Membership Program, which includes a background check, athlete protection training, acknowledgment of concussion training with return to participation guidance, and a member code of conduct. Beginning with the upcoming 2021-22 competition season, Varsity Spirit will require that all school dance coaches, choreographers and personnel wishing to access the warmup area, backstage, coaches’ box or music table at NDTC to have a USA Cheer Dance Membership. Additional Walt Disney World Park Hoppers:

Available for family or friends not included in one of the travel packages. This includes up to five days admission into ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex. Tickets will be available for purchase through January 14, 2022. Park Hopper tickets will not be sold at the event.

Additional Competition Pricing Information:

There is a $100 Crossover fee for those who are competing in the School and All Star Competition.
All Star registration fees cover two performances per athlete. Any additional performance over 2 and up to 6 routines is $40 per performance.
There is a $45 fee per athlete for dancers who want to compete in the World School Performance Cheer Championship
If you are doing Game Day as your third category, it is an additional $40 per athlete.

Additional Event tickets for purchase:

We are excited to bring back the Celebration party on Sunday, February 6 at Magic Kingdom! This ticket is included for those on our Hotel Travel package. For those not on our travel package, you can purchase a ticket for $55 per person. This ticket does not include transportation to the event.
Meal Vouchers can be purchased for $17 each. These vouchers can be used at designated counter service meal options throughout the property.
Party tickets and Meal Vouchers will need to be picked up during registration hours at the Championship Office in Orlando: Celebrity Hall, 1755 W Buena Vista Drive Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 (In between the Disney All Star Sports Resort and Music Resort in the back parking lot)

ESPN Wide World of Sports single-day tickets:

For those who would like to purchase tickets only for ESPN Wide World of Sports, they will be sold online starting in early January and will also be sold on-site. These are $40 per day. Entrance into the ESPN Wide World of Sports is included for those on the hotel travel package as well as anyone who purchased additional Walt Disney World Park Hopper tickets from Varsity.

Make A Change to Registration

If you have already submitted a registration and need to make changes, you may request a change by signing back into your MyVarsity account and clicking on the “Request a Registration Change” request.

For Teams only:

The Contact Person who originally registered/rostered the team may also make changes to the Roster by clicking on “Request a Roster Change”. Changes are not confirmed until verified by Varsity. Changes made after January 4, 2022 will result in a $50 change fee per change. Click here to request a change.

Discounted Tickets (Spectators)

Discounted Park Tickets will not be sold on site at the event. All orders must be placed in advance no later than January 14, 2022. Please note that parks may reach capacity so be sure to get your payment in early!

If you have multiple families ordering tickets, we suggest that each family order their own so that they can manage their park reservations.

Ticket orders will be placed when your order is submitted and paid in full.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a ticket confirmation number to use to assign your ticket types (2Day,3Day,4Day,5Day) to each person and make your park reservations. Each ticket will have its own ticket confirmation number.

Be sure to order the number of days you will need, no changes after ticket confirmation numbers have been distributed.

Travel and Transportation Information

Transportation is not included in the hotel travel package to and from the airport. The Disney Magical Express is not in operation at the time. Transportation is provided from the hotel to the venue for those on the travel package.
