Testimonials from Camp

"'I loved Camp! They enjoyed the level of competition but the emphasis on self-improvement. The entire staff were all amazing! I only took two girls to camp and they made them feel so welcome and treated them just like the other teams. The girls loved all the instructors and cannot wait to bring the rest of the team next summer. Thank you UDA!'"
"'Remember to fuel your body with a lot of good food, water, and sleep leading up to this Camp. It will help you stay sharp and energized while learning and performing throughout Camp. – UDA Head Instructor, Alex'"
"'My girls loved the staff this year and the performance routines were so fun to learn, I enjoyed the time built into our day to practice these. -Rock Canyon
Pyramid to success during #squadgoals was a very informative and beneficial class! Would love to have that offered again. The changes in schedule for this season were great! Left plenty of time to learn and review but also leaving them some down time to just be kids and take care of themselves. The coaches class were much better this year! Both of us took a lot more away and learned many techniques we will bring back to our team to improve the program. The material provided was EXCELLENT! Both UDA Staff and Red Shirts we’re above and beyond the entire experience. So much kindness and relentless commitment to our girls. And absolutely wonderful atmosphere with everyone involved! - Regis Jesuit'"
