PARKING
Accessible parking is available in the Scissortail Lot, located directly south of the convention center. Also, spaces are available in the Convention Center Parking Garage at 15 SW 4th St. ADA parking is available on each level of the Parking Garage and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

VENUE INFORMATION:

Prohibited Items – To ensure the security and safety of all visitors, guests will be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. If a guest is found inside the facility with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated, and the guest may be asked to leave the premises. The following items are prohibited:

• Animals/Pets (except documented service animals)
• Audio Video Recording Equipment
• Horns, Noise Makers, or Items Meant to Disrupt
• Illegal Substances of Any Kind
• Laser Pens / Pointers
• Outside catering, Outside alcohol, Outside food deliveries, Outside coolers of any kind
• Skateboards, Rollerblades, Bikes, Scooters, Hover-boards, etc.
• Unapproved Pamphlets, Fliers, etc.
• Weapons of Any Kind (i.e. Pepper Spray, Chains, Handcuffs, Stun Guns, etc.)
• Any Other Item Deemed Inappropriate at the Sole Discretion of the Facility.

EVENT RESULTS:

• Event results will be uploaded throughout the weekend on Varsity TV.

PHOTOGRAPHY/MEDIA POLICY: 

• Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the competition venue or other event related venues (including but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, ‘Event Locations’).
